    I'm curious. Are they really suggesting 8-10g of high glycemic carbs per kg per day?

    They honestly want me to consume 800-1000g of high GI carbs...thats 3200-4000 cals per day of CARBS alone!

    Wow, I sure as hell would get fat...izza:
