dosing multiple AP for cheat meals?

    dosing multiple AP for cheat meals?


    Where did all the threads go with guys using two and 3 caps before cheat meals go? Yes I did a search, and searched through a bunch of threads, but couldn't find anything. This was a long time ago mind you, just wondering what the results were and how many were safe/too much to take before a cheat meal?

    It would probably be dependent on the quantitiy of carbs in your cheat meal.

    From what I recall, more is not better when dosing AP.
    Maybe if you had a cheat day and you were taking multiple doses, but I think taking more than 1 cap at a time is a waste. I could be completely wrong though.

    Well, I don't think it would be a complete waste, I mean i'm sure theres a point where it would BECOME a waste. But isn't P-slin basically just a higher dose of the complex that's in AP? So dosing heavier AP on a particular meal could yield the same results as a dose of P-slin I would think...

    i think the main concern is tthe limited amount of carbs your muscles can absorb...more AP may help partitioning between fat and muscle, but if your muscles are full it's effect is limited.

    no, P-slin and AP work through different pathways...If Mullet chimed in then he could do a wonderful job explaining these differences (I won't hack at it - he can put it much more eloquently than I can). P-slin, AP and NA-RALA all work differently; and because of this can be very synergistic when stacked.

    if I remember correctly, you can double dose AP if you're ingesting more than 100g of carbs.
