Recently i switched from cutting to my bulk phase. When i started my bulk i cut out my cardio and AP and. Do these products cause sluggishness or is it the switch from 45 min cardio sessions a day to know cardio at all?

I would be willing to bet its the amount and/or type of carbs causing the sluggishness and not the AP
My carbs are coming from whole wheat bread, oatmeal, wazy maize primarily.
Do you have any food allergies on your bulk diet that you could be setting off causing the sluggishness?
