    Hair removal?

I guess this kind of supplementation on the body...in increasing appearance of muscles.

What's everyone's opinions on the hair? Shave occasionally? Wax? Let it grow? Chest hair? Back hair? ...Arm hair leg hair?

My personal opinion is you should have a clean cut body first before worrying about the hair...a hairless flabby body doesn't look that good either.

IMO anyone shaving/waxing their body hair may as well slap an earing in one ear and wear ladies jeans. The only exceptions are those competiting in professional or amateur BB contests.

I mean if you need to trim because its coming out your shirt buttons go for it. lol

I am not very hairy so it does NOT even look good on my chest . . . not as bad as Austin powers though.

Most importantly, my wife likes it smooth. we do laugh at a colleague of mine (she is 61), definitely still in the 70s . . . she loves a thick manly coat of hair on the chest.

OK, very sad . . . found a gray chest hair. What do I do? Pluck it, dye it, get a sharpie and color it?

Or should I just say that I got highlights!

Shave and trim the body hair to a minimum. Can't let it get out of control or it turns into a jungle. Plus it helps me see the changes in my psyique so it sort of acts as a precursor sign if i'm eating and training right or not.

Let it go wild! so many ladies have told me they didnt like guys with chest hair but changed their mind pretty quickly......thats not bragging, i mean i think they realise how dumb it is to say that when they meet a guy they really like and see he's a hairy bugger.
