A goose stack, as in to plump up the goose for Xmas? Sure sounds like it, I bet the ol' bird will have wings so strong he can curl logs down at the pond and impress all the female geese

WAY TOO MUCH MAN. You only need an effective diet and workout to see nice fat loss results. at most i would only add two supplements ONCE the diet and workout are perfected. I recommmend you get the diet and workouts down straight and then look into possibly lipodrene, DCP & Neovar combination, Lipotrophin-PM & some AP or Neovar. Other will have possible supplements to advise as well.

Agree with tex here. Get the diet and routine down first and foremost. After that, you could look at something like DCP/LR, which with increased cardio will give you outstanding results

Personally I am a huge fan of reduction by CL and it is an amazing price at NP, just an fyi

Yes diet first when you get leaner then maybe look into supplementatiion. You did not give a lot of details on where your at. Why do you think you need supps to get lean. My excuse is that I'm old...and don't want to have to diet like a maniac anymore. My goal is to be able to eat around maintenance and slowly lose fat. That requires some help sometimes. Recreate has become my weapon of choice for the time being but I could go to a DCP/Levaithan option later.

if thats the case then your diet is not on track. as well as workouts. like i said before the many times we've talked about supplements. STOP worrying about the supplements. START worrying about your diet and workouts. You need to find your matienence calorie level, figure out macros for protein, carbs, fats. Find good healthy sources of each. Follow a good strict macro plan and the subtract 500 calories off your matienence ot begin losing weight. You cannot rely on supplements to do the job for you. Involve resistance training as well as cardio. Mix the days up. it takes time man. if all you lost was 1 pound in a month while dieting intensly, working out hard, and taking reduction...then somewhere along the line your not doing somethign right.
