I have tried quite a few typical weightloss products. Leviathan Reloaded, Hydroxycut among others. Anytime i take a heavy stimulant based product i have feel like crap and i dont lose weight
But when i picked up Claritin-D at a local pharmacy for allergies i noticed a pleasant suprise.
The side effect of reduced hunger.(perhaps other positive side effects but i have not made any conclusions)
Reducing hunger is the most important part of a weight loss product. Who cares about thermogenesis which can only burn a few calories at the expense of much discomfort.
Claritin-D contains psuedoephedrine. Its similar to ephedrine chemically, however it doesn't make your heart beat very fast or create a huge rush of energy. It's just not as strong. In my opinion its safer than ephedrine(to note psuedoephedrine is not harmless, adhere to label instructions)
It gets even better. The psuedoepherdrine found in Claritin and other otc drugs uses a time release formula. No crash and a constant reduction of hunger
By itself, Psuedoephedrine is effective.
However, i have come up with a list of supplement to would combine for an even greater weight loss effect though different angles.
Novadex XT- By reducing estrogen, you will slightly elevate testosterone, and lose fat through this pathway. I recommend taking one, maybe two pills. 4 pill in my experience causes too many side effects.
DCP- I haven't actually tried this product but soon will. I keep hearing good things about it.
Caffeine- Small doses spread evenly throughout the day. No more than 200mg. Do not use caffeine anhydrous, rather coffee or yerba mate.
Green Tea Extract - Everyone knows this is good for fatloss and a majority of other purposes.
Forslean- Increase lean body mass though elevation of cAMP
Cissus Quadrangularis- Variety of good effects. Look at this website Invalid Link Removed .
Xtend- BCAA's help stimulate metabolism. Helps keep muscle during fatloss.
Fish Oil- Why not
Multivitamin- Standard fare. I reccomend Opti-Men.
Diet-Some sort of diet, I recommend the Anabolic Diet.
