7-OH dose timing
My bottle from Custom Cap has arrived. I combined 100 mg 7-OH DHEA with Green Tea Extract in one capsule (Great deal! 300 servings for less than $40). I have used Lean Extreme and really felt the pain from previous injuries at high doses. So at 100 mg a pill, 2 a day would be pushing it.
First thing in the morning, 4 hours later and during excercise is when cortisol usually spikes. In order of importance, which of these 3 is most important to block?

Isnt LX dosed around 50mg per cap... so if it cause you pain why would you make a cap with double the dosgae? Even if you only take 2 a day thats like 4 caps of LX.....and you seem to understand this so take half servings or something?
I would do morning and 4 hours after regardless, mid-day cortisol is pretty important, or maybe a nice mega dose of vit c for mid day and then you could still take another one of your doses after your workout?

I used to take 2 LX at a time. After the workout? Cortisol spikes during the workout, so before is ideal. What I want to know is if the spike that comes from working out is more important to avoid than the 2 spikes in the morning.

You need the workout spike in order to build muscle.
Early morning and before bed are good times.

I would just dose it morning and night. Makes for easier doseing and should keep cortisol at bay, you dont want to eliminate it....just control it.

the price on 7-hydroxy at custom capsule is so low, I think its a mistake... I got this mix from them a week or two ago
