My bottle from Custom Cap has arrived. I combined 100 mg 7-OH DHEA within one capsule (Great deal! 300 servings for less than $40). I have used Lean Extreme and really felt the pain from previous injuries at high doses. So at 100 mg a pill, 2 a day would be pushing it.
First thing in the morning, 4 hours later and during excercise is when cortisol usually spikes. In order of importance, which of these 3 is most important to block?
