What is a "not so clean diet"

Address this first if you are not losing weight.

For a stack:
Norcodrene + Forskolij 95 + Target A2

That and a caloric deficit will have the weight coming down

And a potato

In my opinion I would work on your eating. I would have more fats in there. But everyone is different.

How bad is your knee? There's lots of cardio you can do even with a bum wheel. Dial that diet in and add cardio, then think about supplements to help. What's your weight/bf%?

Try forskolin 95 Alphadex and Pyroxamine. Along with cleaning up that diet and upping your cardio (maybe rows and walking on a treadmill) you should see results.
