I just ordered LGI: Mass Stack - ALPHA20, Damage Control, and Rehab. My question is What other product will i need to take this? And will fish oil be needed on a daily bases?

dude, no offense, but if you seriously have to ask that then you should not have ordered something like alpha20 in the first place. return it, do (way) more research on the topic, come back in half a year (or later) and let someone knowledgable look over your by then well-laid out cycle plans. you bought one of the strongest methylated compounds around. this is not candy. you are not ready (i'm serious, it is basically impossible to word your question the way you did if you were).
