I'm on my 7th month of recovering from jaundice with no supps at all and would really like to get back into lifting at full speed, picking up where I left off. I've been adding bcaa's & eaa's along with protien mix to my workouts but I'm all ready, as before so sick of eating huge amino pills. Does anyone have a favorite kick ass powder or liquid amino profile they would like to share with me?? :)

I like FINAFLEX BCAA+SAA. Blue Razz, to be specific.

It's in powder form.

NP actually has an offer for a free tub with the purchase of Muscle Fiber.

And you get a free shaker and other goodies.

Here is some more info, a recent study, on SAA's (Silk Amino Acids):

I've used the BCAA+SAA when it was only apple flavored and it was pretty good stuff.

AminoIV by PES is solid as well, plus the cherry limeade is bomb.

I also use ModernBCAA+ fairly regularly, watermelon is one of the best supps I've ever had the pleasure of drinking (flavor wise).

Skinny!!!

Brother its been too long, how is everything? In life in general as well as your health. Missed you around here

http://www.orbitnutrition.com/cart/pes-amino-iv-blue-berry-burst.html

My top recommendation for sure, full EAA mixture with high Leucine content so perfect between meals or pre workout.
Extra goodies are explained in the write-up

Wish PMs were working right now, hope you're back around here again for a while?

You know, I actually forgot about that one.

AminOD is a solid option too, I had the watermelon and it was good. (A little strong though).

Haven't tried the other flavors, but they all sound awesome.

I'm doing good man. It's nice to be back here, I missed this place. My health is going very well. I'm still a little skinny again but I'm taking care of that. Jaundice is gone, haven't had bloods done since June but planning on it during Januray & hopefully be able to run a cycle then ... I hope I hope :)
Just making sure I got my liver in check.
During my down time of lifting I managed to acuire two scuba certifications & working on my third.
I will definitely be seeing you around here. Thanks for the amino tips.

I'll most likely log my comeback along with a few PM questions on the side. I'll get my macros lined up and let you know. Thanks Driven.
