Chloro toxicity

Any Info on how toxic the chloro (bond, part) is, heard that is pretty toxic for almost all organs ?
And is this the case in oral PH that has this choro bond ?

Ha, Sorry...
I spoke to some friends that study medicin
(Even though they know scary little about endocrin system) we talked about roids and PH's and when i said chloro-hydroxy like lers say Mechabol/methylclostobol they all looked pretty scared and said it would give anyone eating it cancer ? Or that the chloro part of the chemical structure made it toxic ?
I mostly thought that the methyl was to blame for toxicity, ofc the methyl is responsible for liver toxicity
