Nettle Root more or less DHT?

I hear nettle root is suppose to free up both Test and DHT from SHBG. I also hear it blocks 5a-reductase and therefore Test from converting to DHT. or somehow it can specifically block 5a-reductase in certain DHT receptors, such as the scalp or the prostate which doesnt seem quite right lol.

all i want to know is do you get more or less DHT from nettle root (urtica dioica) and is it beneficial or detrimental to people who may have
    androgen alopecia (MPB)?

I'm unaware of any clinical studies relevant to DHT/Test.

From what I've studied, it can help benign Prostatic Hyperplasia and urine abnormalities. Another study linked an increase in Glutathione Peroxidase.
