Arachidic acid, Vaccenic acid, and Nervonic acid.

I am deficient in all of those according to a quest diagnostic test.
Does anyone have experience with those?
From what I can tell- Arachidic acid- eat more peanuts, peanut butter
vaccenic acid- eat more dairy fat, butter, etc
nervonic acid- mustard, salmon (barely deficient so not really worried about this)
