Hey Coop it seems like thread after thread pops up with people wanting to know each others "Staple Supplements" and time after time multivitamins and fish oils are mentioned. I also see constant threads inquiring on "the best" multi and protein powder but I don't see many threads on "the best" fish oil popping up.
What are you thoughts on:
-The top brands
-Most effective dosage and if the mg amount matters
-What ratio of 3,6, and 9's people should be consuming
-Information on what EPA and DHA means
-Does the type of fish matter (I.E. Salmon vs. Krill)
