Can't find any posts on this here. Sorry in advance...
I'm taking an EC stack and have a resting heart rate of about 92bpm
according to this heart rate = calorie burn formula:
This is given by the equation C = (0.6309 x H + 0.09036 x W + 0.2017 x A -- 55.0969) x T / 4.184. C is the number of calories that you burned, H is your average heart rate, W is your weight, A is your age and T is the length of your exercise session in minutes.
heart rate = 92
weight = 198 pounds
age = 27
time = 480 minutes
Can someone tell me what is wrong with this, it says I should be burning over 3000 calories in 8 hours. 9000 calories per day. My heart rate is about 92bpm most times I check it. Just want to know how many calories I am burning from the high heart rate. Cheers
