Silentbob - I have a 1/2 gallon jug - I drink 2-3.5 of them a day. Yesterday ended up being right around 155 oz after dinner.
FRIDAY: Weighed in - 222.1 - so down about 4 lbs. in two weeks without really altering my diet. In fact, I didn't even lift any this week - and only worked out twice. So - I'm pretty happy with the results so far.
Today in Tampa it is freaking HUMID & MUGGY.
0500 - up and popped AP w/20 oz water
0535 - Lg protein shake, 2 eggs
0615 - 3 , w/20 oz water
0700 - PT. (laid out below)
0830 - Lg protein shake w/natty pb.
PT - general stretches for about 10 min.

I was absolutely blasted at the end. There wasn't a dry spot on my shorts or shirt and sweat was pouring out of me. This is why I drink so much water. I killed off another 32 oz since the shake......so I'm already at about 72 oz today and its only 9:05.
