Metroba's Kitchen Sink!

So I just finished my Epi log and I realized how much having a log helped me. I got advice, I was able to keep track of my progress and workouts/diet. So I decided to go ahead and open up another. I need your support guys! I slacked a bit after my epi log finished but last week I got back on it and hit the gym hard and am paying more attention to my diet again. I pretty much stopped cardio and I started looking a little flabby but started back up again last week and am back where I was so Im good. Right now Im "clean bulking" if thats what you want to call it. Im adding lean mass with as little fat as possible. Id like to not add any fat if I can help it. Thats what cardio 2-3 times a week will be for. My cardio sessions are HI but short. Like around 10 mins. My lifting routines change regularly because I get bored and like to keep things fun. I have been on a low rep/heavy routine and for the last week have been bridging into a higher rep routine (around 12-15 reps). So for the next 2-3 weeks Im going to keep my reps around here. I love the pump and Ive always responded very well to this rep range. After a couple weeks Ill be lowering the reps down to 8-12 and so on until I get to 4-6 rep range again. Diet is in check. It is completely Gluten Free. Well to my knowledge. A lot of food is contaminated with gluten and its just so minuscule its not mentioned on the ingredients. As some of you know I have Celiac Disease. I have an allergy to wheat, oats (because of contamination), barley, rye, and various other grains with funky names and even some others that dont have names yet. So the best I can do is watch out for this stuff as much as I can. If I do choose to eat this stuff the symptoms are brutal. I become hormonally imbalanced. I seriously become so irritable youd think I have roid rage. I have trouble sleeping. Severe bloating. Constipation or diarrhea. What happens is when I eat these things it passes through my intestines and kills the villi. Villi are hair like follicles that absorb the nutrients from the food you eat. So I become very malnourished if I choose to indulge in a slice of pizza. Its take about a week for my villi to grow back completely. Its a crazy immune disease but Im making the best of it. Okay now that you know my life story on to the log. Supplements I will use when I feel like it:
Neovar recomped. I will use this everyday at 8 caps. Ive been on it for about a week now. This is my second run with it. Stuff is amazing. I love it.
Pslin pre w/o. Not everyday but most.
Adam
Life Support
Xtend/bulk bcaas
Drive
Hemodraulix
Cordygen 5
Acidophilus whenever protein intake is higher than usual. This stuff is very similar to Gut health. Doesnt work as well as gut health but gets the job done.
Poseidon WOOT WOOT!! Love this stuff! This is a Celiac's dream. As someone who is constantly at risk of undernourishment this does wonders! Prob the best all around supplement I have ever taken. I will take Poseidon to the grave with me! Ill put up measurements/pics soon.

I am also getting into super sets. Something I have never taken seriously but now that I understand them more I am looking forward to it. For now I will be doing opposing muscle groups. Today will be chest/bis.

are you only going to run the pslin on workout days pre workout or are you also going to use it with breakfast on non workout days?

Rob, pslin only on training days. Carbs are also lower on non workout days.

That’s cool, I like the way I feel when I take a pslin pre workout! I got some so that I could compare it against AP...I def like the pslin more for pre workout!

Also, do you have any preset goals that you're looking to achieve?

Oh yeah Pslin def takes the cake for pre w/o. I feel soo strong and ready to do anything.

My goals are to keep "clean bulking" while keeping body fat where it is. Cardio is going to be light so that I dont kill my gains.

My long term goal is to be 180 at around 8% bf. Right now Im 166 at around 12%. So Im going to bulk to about 170-172. Then cut to about 9%, then bulk some more, then cut to 8%, then bulk somemore while staying at that bf.

Good to see ya man! My epi log is done. And this one is just to keep me going. I like having your guys support and the suggestions and what not. Its a great motivator for me.
