For those of you who know about Napalm. The directions say start at 1 pump and work your way up to 3. So does that mean 3 pumps first application of the day and then another 3 on the second application? Yesterday I did 2 in AM and then 2 in the PM.

I started noticing it around week 2 of use. I am using Recreate as well, they have been very synergistic together. It worked really well on areas without much BF to begin with, IE my upper abs are SHREDDED right now. It's taken a bit longer for my obliques and lower abs, but it's doing the job. I have begun to see veins in my lower abs, and that last cut between my lowest 2 abs is starting to finally show up. My Obliques and lower back are just my real problem areas... They have gotten smaller, but I think it would take a change of diet (carbs) to burn those babys off, and my AP isn't letting me lose those carbs... plus I would go totally bonkers at 50-100gm carbs a day...

Using AP, especially with Recreate, you should be able to accommodate substantially more carb intake than that. Just use AP strategically with them carbs, bunch the majority around w/o times. Use AP w/ 20-30g carbs per meal for a great fat-loss effect. This approach worked very well for me.

Oh, I didn't mean I was taking in 50-100g carbs a day, I was referring to a previous post, and honestly that little amount of carbs would drive me bonkers. I am eating quite a bit of carbs, less in the evening of course, and still getting a very good cut.

Thanks for the heads up man.

Had an amazing workout tonight! Those 4 days of rest really paid off! I tried out 10 caps Neovar today. Im lovin the pump! 4 with morning food, 2 with pre w/o meal, and 4 more post w/o meal. Man am I hungry on this stuff! Took 3 caps 30 mins before pre w/o meal. Took 6 hemo 30 mins pre w/o. Took a gallon of water with 5 scoops xtend/3 scoops poseidon. Felt VERY strong tonight. Did a shoulder superset w/o and then did some bis because I felt very energetic. Im guessing the extra energy is from Napalm? Ended workout with 10 mins of stairmaster. This was my first time on a stairmaster. Man does this kick your azz! I def am noticing a bloat in the abs area. On a side note I went on a walk with a couple people at the office and it was sooo hot out I decided to take my shirt off. One of my coworkers who I went to the beach with 2 weeks ago commented that my pecs look more defined. Maybe Napalm is to blame? Really looking forward to the results this is going to produce. Tomorrow is Legs/abs.

oh and put Napalm on chest/abs - 3 pumps. Total of 5 pumps today.

Word up on the Xtend, I swear by the stuff. I really notice my fatigue when I workout without it. I don't notice any increase in energy from the napalm. Perhaps a bit more sweating/thermo sensation on the area applied, but no energy for me... I bet it is something else you're taking.
