    3_AD and HAVOC LOG


    I'll be keeping a log on how 3AD and Havoc effect my strength training> I train in the strongman and powerlifting movements.
    My dosage will be as follows: 2 3AD in the morning and 2 3AD pre workout along with 3 Havoc pre workout

    I did 3-ad with fuz and loved it! Have u heard of anything with spawn and what i can stack it with?

    if i were to start a cycle like this should i run 3ad for 4 weeks then kick in the havoc for the last 4 weeks of the 3ad cycle?

    I'm starting both at once. Felt a little tired today though that could be cause I had to start work 2 hours early. Workout went well but its to early for anything to kick in anyway.
    Squats: 135x6,225x5,275x3,330x1,420x1, 470x1
    Barbell lunges: 30reps with 100lbs
    GM's: 95x5,160x5,225x5,260x5
    Roman chair situps: 20reps

    I'll be running both for 6 weeks.
    Felt a little lathorgic today but ok once I got going.
    Farmers Walk 100' with turn: 120lb each,135,160,170
    Axle press: 85x6,115x6,120x6 this is real lite cause in other lifts I'm working at about 70-75 percent but having a hard time learning to clean a 2 inch axle.

    Pulldowns: 45x10,155x15
    Rope Pushdowns: 45x20x2
    Feeling muscles starting to fill with water, nothing noticeable but you can feel it

    Cause of injuries have not competed in powerlifting in 2 years and have not done a strongman event in a year. I tore a glute and its been slow recovery.
