I'm starting both at once. Felt a little tired today though that could be cause I had to start work 2 hours early. Workout went well but its to early for anything to kick in anyway.

Cause of injuries have not competed in powerlifting in 2 years and have not done a strongman event in a year. I tore a glute and its been slow recovery.

When training it seems I could go forever, stamina is there. This week not feeling quite as lethargic which is great cause I can't take a nap in the afternoon, though I have been going to my car an closing my eyes for about 15 minutes and that seems to work. Strength is getting better I think I'll notice it more next week as with holiday training has been more hit an miss or not as intense

I'm thinking of doing this same stack...i've run havoc 2 months ago gained 12+ lbs of dry muscle. 3-ad seems promising but only after 2 weeks does it start working....so I guess you wont feel the 3-ad until day 12 or so...good luck man
