hi this is my first time loging but my second time with MASS FX MS


i will post diet and numbers tomarrow



i started friday 5/9 and am going 6 caps a day

all day friday was great i just felt good and relaxd and i got reall good sleep


day 2

today was much of the same i am recovering form a HIT clean and jerk worout from friday but i feel fuller like i do when i recover better

i dose the following

2 at wake up 2 befor weight training and 2 after school

also
10-15liver tabs 2x or 3x E/d
1 RPM at wake up
1 AP and carbs supporting WMS in my oat meal with my creatine, 1 also post wokout, 1 when i get home from school and ,1 befor dinner all with 60-80g of carbs and total protine a day 190-210
3 RPM PRE weight training

im ready to hit the sack diet and workout detail soon

day 3 sunday

well i woke up and took 2MFXMS and 1 RPM and 1 AP
ate my meal which was oatmeal with WMS and creatine

then at 2 i took 2MFXMS and 2RPM and 1 AP(with meal)
the rest of the day i felt full and felt really good all day

7:00
1 AP(with meal)

i jsut took 2 MFXMS a second ago and ready to sleep and lift really hard tommarow because we have bulgarian workout this whole week:hammer:

If ya need assistance with anything, just hit us up! Make sure to drink plenty of water with that MFX, and get that protein intake way up there!

Cool, interested to see whats MFXMS is capable of when run solo (been on my to try list for a while). I assume you had a good experience with it your first time to warrant a repeat though (or do you want to see if a higher dose does more).

Will you be running 2 bottles?

yes i wanted to see what a higher dose would do, the first time i got really great results +8lb solid, i react to supps very well
and it is easy to get gains every week, but my first run was unreal and the whole time i felt like i could do wat ever the Fu#K i wanted
i sorry to say that im not running it solo, also i am using Anabolic pump to really make MFX super effective and i am running RPM just cuz i have it and thought it would be a good addition to help keep me lean and for its harding and strenght boosting properties. also my friend gave me a bottle of Drive so i will figure it into my daily intake but i would like some advice on when to dose it for maximum effectiveness

Day 4 monday 5/12/08
7:00 wake up
2 MFX 1RPM 1 AP
AP meal 1 1/4 oats with 60g WMS and 6g creatine
4 eggs with some fryed rice about 2 cups
banna (medium size)
1 package of Emergen-C

11:00
2 RPM 2 MFX
12:00 is weight training followed by lunch
i will up date more after dinner

My Diet,
Well the best way to describe it is whole some harty home country cookin. I am from South Carolina and my Dad can whip up some grub, im talkin 2000cal plus meals ya!.
I know what evey bodys thinking all that fat and such, heres my thinking tho it my be contradictory to the norm, I know my body and how it feels when i eat clean and when i eat like im from the south. Picture this, beer can chicken, rice, green beans all coverd with a gravy made out of the chicken heart,liver and gizards , salad and washed down with 3 cups or more of whole milk. So you can emagine what kind of protine, fat, carbs daily im geting.
I try to get in 3-4 big 1500-2000 cal meals a day, and i eat in between meals too.

more on my diet and lifting after dinner when i have timw to type
OFF to tear the GYM A PART YEAHHHHHHHHH

ok day 3 continued and from now on i will update at night after dinner

This whole week is bulgarian style lifting
warm up. then
medium,medium,medium,medium
heavy,heavy,heavy,medium,medium,medium,heavy heavy
medium,medium medium
you take 10 to 20lbs of your maxxs then compleate the reps and many sets


Workout was crazy!!!!!!!!!!
man i was kinda unsure about bulgarian benching
because i was sick and lost a little bit of strenght not to long ago

BOY OOOOOO BOY
i got in the gym and did some warm ups, and just from that i felt somthing, somthing GOOD, really GOOD
ooo crap i was like a beast i went through the whole cycle of benching and was adding weight to my last sets
needless to say that i was sore right out of them gym
but now that im at home and took my AP and 2MFX i feel like im 80% recoverd

Dinner
4 cups of rice(cooked)
half a roast chicken about a 3.5lb bird
three cups steamed broccoli
4 cups whole milk(best part i love whole milk)

Your cycle looks pretty good. With that diet you should put on some serious mass. Good luck!

ya thanks man, like i said iam naturaly lean but it is easy to make size and strenght gains in the gym, i am truly blessed

but one thing im tring to figure out is, when is the best time to take my drive.
I was thinking prework out, then later when i get home

Your eating is nuts !! Damn, I miss my days of bulking ! Too bad I've reached my peak of 280lbs (a looong time ago) and I will never want to venture that whereabouts again .. ;)

More power to ya though, with your massFX and Southern cookin' !!

i have discontinude use of AP because i was sick awhile ago and AP has an antibactiral properetie to it, so to keep my self from getting sick off it im not runing it any more

i really didnt feel like lifting today but after the first set i was like fu$k this I WANNA LIFT!!!!!, ikd i just felt like lifting all out and i did
like i said to day was hard and im really sore and very tierd

dosing all went well
to day was a rest day, but on my rest days i do really light weight and get a good pump to flood my muscels with blood i have found this to aid recovery very well
diet is on spot got all protines and fats today
i feel really beat up but im going to sleep good to night

Go 3 Drive ASAP upon waking on an empty stomach, then 2 or 3 more pre-workout. :thumbsup:

i will start 3 caps of drive apon waking and 2 befor workout
today was another rest day i really needed it
tomarrow is bugarian clean and jerk day
preatty much hell day lol

carp i feel weird but good i decided to take 3 Drive when i woke up and 3 more with 3 rpm and 2 MFX pre workout alllllllll i can say is wooowoowowowowwoowowow
I WANT TO LIFT SOOOOOOOOOOOOO BADDDDDDDDDD
o and i got the jitters but they feel good!!!!!!!


but the MFX has got me feelin like im on top of the world guys
and every workout i feel stonger and stronger and after evry rep i feel like this too ITS FU*KIN CRASY and the RPM is keepin me lean real LEAN, MEAN LEAAN lol
im startin to get back abs hahahah:hammer::hammer::hammer:


Maby i will buy another bottle of MFXMS because i want to run my current bottle at 8 caps a day but im not sure if this would be detrimental or SUPER beneficial !!!!

yesterday DAY 7

heres my clean and jerk workout
warm up and stretch, it really helps on cleans

then i went all out cuz i was so teeked out but the drive and rpm
hang cleans
200x17 was the most i could muster
after this i coldnt think stright, i feelt like i was high, and i was sleepy, my whole body had this warm/calm feeling
needless to say i feel a sleep next class lol
the rest of the day i just felt good

i think the MFX is really kickin in now, because usally after this kinda workout iam sore for 3 days or more
but today im feel like im 65% recoverd

day 10
strength is way up now mostly because i am rested and i gorged my self over the weekend with ribs, steak pork shoulder, coldslaw, rice, corn on the cob, potatosalad, i usally do this when i have been lifting hard all week. i load up on carb,fats, protines, by doing this i recover fully and get great strength back into my bodys muscles
also i look a little leaner, its from the RPM for sure, the only thing is rpm dose not give me a pump really

ooo yeah apha male hell yeah
and did i mention that put 10lbs on my bench 20 on squat and
5 hopefully 10lbs on my clean (by the end of the week) \

i did 10x3 65% 190ls bench
3x8 of 295 squat
2x15 205 hang cleans
m/w/f is core days bench,squat,power clean/jerk
t/tursday are my body building type lifts, like my back ,arms and watever muscles i want to build

WORKOUT
my workout was preatty intense too. as soon as i warmd up i felt really good and pumpd and i felt really stong.
i powed through my lifts and made sure tp explode pass the sticking points in all lifts
in between sets i fealt really strong and ready to lift more and more
the drive i stated taking is making my recovery evan faster
and with the RPM i am geting leaner and harder evryday

at this point my muscles are hard and very full and my recovery is up and strenght

i feel very sore from mondays work out and tusedays
bodybuilding typework out
so today i only benched 5x5 of 225 for bench but it was really easy, so hopfully i get 300 on my bench by next week:hammer:

dinner
2 10oz pork chops
4+ glasses of whole milk
1+ cup of green beans and rice
needless to say i felt good after this dinner

nah man the Drive didnt make me feel wierd, well i cant really explan it
it was just an itcing to get in the gym REAL BADdddddd
allmost like i could not control my self lol
but the RPM has got me real lean looking i will try to get some pictures up as soon as i can.
This is only the second week and i am allready getin stronger
evry workout, my strenght is really going up LIKE CRASY:woohoo:

i was also feeling sick when i first started to take it but your body just needs to get used to the forslean in it, i got the runs really bad but then i cut back to 1 cap a dosing and i just kept it like that till i had no more sympotoms

Timdull2, I am taking hd2/MassFx for the first time. I am 224lbs and I am dosing 4HD2/6Massfx. Is that good or can I go higher? Also I plan on running H-drol in Aug, should I stop taking this stack or can I run it as long as I can? Me and all of my soldiers are in Iraq and we are all running this stack. Excellent feeling in the gym. Keep up the good working!!! Thanks for the help.

How do u know that rpm is specifically leaning u up? How do u know its not the mass fx or a combo of all the supps ur running?

because i have ran MFX/Drive berfor and did not get lean that much

MFX is not a cuting agent anyways, especialy with my diet, it would not let me lose any fat because I eat sooo much fat
besides RPM is a fat killer!!!!

20 dips (warm up)
4x10 with 25lb weight around weist
preacher curls (with pinkys higher than index figer)
95lbs 4x8 or more
bent rows 115lbs 3x15
4x20 incline situps (just picture rocky)
upright rows 95lbs 3x10
arnolds 3x15 with 55s


wel that covers all my muscles
back, bis/tris sholders, and abs
i try not to do isolation lifts
just my thing

well i cant really explaine wat it is but on the ez curl bar when you hold it make sure you pinkys are higher then you index finger

At your weight , you should dose at least 4 caps a day. You are however on the fence for 6 a day. You know, I've never come across anyone dosing 5, strange. It's always, well you weigh this much so 4, then it bumps to 6.
You're on the fence so try 5 a day. 2 in the morning, 1 at noon and 2 in the evening.
