starting monday 4/7/08 i will be running...
pheraplex (clone, EST Phera-Vol) at 20mg everyday for 4 weeks
finigenx(clone, Infinite Labs CycloTren) 70gm everyday for 4 weeks
i figured the combo of a "wet" mass builder (phera) and strength/hardening compound (fini) would yield some nice gains in strength and mass

i have some nolva on hand but I am not very gyno prone and my natural test levels usually get back to normal pretty quickly. so i don't like to use it unless i need it. my last stack was superdrol(clone) and SUS500, i had nolva on hand for that as well but never needed it.

and like i said iv never needed a SERM for PCT on a "prohormone" cycle before but i do have nolva on hand. just incase.

so i just got hooked up with some test enanthat, and trenbolone. i might just hold off on this phera/finigenx cycle. not sure.
hell might still do this cycle to jumpstart the tes/tren while im waiting for test to kick in, and only run finigenx 5 weeks.
iv used superdrol to jumpstart before but not quite sure how this will workout.

i didn't have blood work done after my last cycle but i have had it done in the past. i go get it checked usually the last week of PCT.
I always use nolva after a test (usually 12-15 week long) cycle.
but with "prohormones" 6-oxo or PostCycleSupport with some ZMA and trib gets me back to high natural test leveles just fine.

if your PH cycle isn't longer than 3-4 weeks, (depending on the compound) your body doesn't get compleatly shut down, and alot people can bounce back prety quickly with over the counter PCT.

day two, back
-neutral grip high pull downs 1 warm up set 4 working sets of 8-10 heavy
-hammer strength machine high pulls 4 sets of 10 2 forced reps at end of last two sets
-dead lift, 1st set 7 reps 225, 2nd set 5 reps 315, 3rd set 3 reps 405, 4th set 1 rep 455.
-behind the head wide pull downs, 3 sets of 10 mid weight
(sorry day one was arms, very intense semi short work out but got alot accomplished)
other supps being used...
morning animal pack
hour prior to work out- NeoVar 2 tabs
pre work out- pure vitargo 35g, bulk bcaa (8.5g), WTF pump'd,
post work out- 1 scoop ON procomplex, 1 scoop protein serum, bulck bcaa 8.5g, NeoVar 2 tabs
bedtime- 3g EFA's
daily diet looks something similar to this .....
breakfast, 10 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, cup yogurt.
mid morning, 1 chicken brest, whole wheat bagel.
lunch, 8oz lean beef, 1 cup brown rice.
between lunch and dinner is where my work out is...
dinner, 8oz lean beef or salmon, with whole head of broccoli.
2-3 am when i get up to pee, i drink another shake

day 3, legs
super set leg-ext and strait leg dumbbell deadlift
leg-ext- 120x20, 165x15, 210(stack)x10, stackx10, stackx10
dumbell dead-lift- 60(dumbbelles)x20, 70sx15, 80x10, 80x10, 80x10
hack squat- 2 plates each side x 15, 2 plates+quarter each side x 10, 3 plates x 10, 3 plates x 10
power squat/plea' squat (smith machine, wide stance, toes pointed out)
225x10, 275x8, 275x8, 305x7, 225x10
lying hamstring curl
3 sets of 10 with the stack
great pump, felt very strong (proli just in my head), i don't know how long it takes for finigenx to "kick in" but today appetite was very high all day, and felt like i could keep going and going in the gym(like i said proli just in my head)
i will be adding some more calories/simple carbs to the diet in the form of fruit, mainly green apples and bananas.

Have you though about bumping the phera up alittle 30-40 seems to be the sweet spot,but use it at 20 till gains cease.

cable flys, 30lbx30, 45lbx20, 60lbx10
superset incline dumbell with incline smith
8 reps on incline db with 80s, strait to 10 reps of 185 on smith for 5 sets
machine chest press, 4 sets of 10
pecdeck, 2 light sets of 15 to stretch
great pump, not just pumped like normal, muscles felt very full and still do 2 hours later.
today stepped on the scale and i was a lil surprised, weighted in at 213, thats an increase of 5 lbs in 4 days... im sure the big diet (that iv been very strict with) has alot to do with it.

day 5, shoulders/traps
barbell shrugs- 10 sets of 10, 5 wide grip 5 close grip
military press, smith machine behind the head- 4x12
bent over side lateral raises supersetted with front raises, 4 supersets of 10 each

day 6, arms (first arm workout was rather a waste thats why i didn't post it)
today i did 4 supersets
incline dumbell curl
standing alternating dumbellcurl
overhead tri extension
reverse grip pressdown
all exercises were done at 4 sets of 8-10 reps, with slightly heavy weight.
i normally do not train with this amount of volume but once a month i bump up the volume in a work out just to spark some growth.
this was maby one of the most intense workouts iv ever had, my partner really pushed me and there was very little rest time between sets (45 sec to 1 min). my skin feels like its about to rip. through out the work out i felt as if i was getting stronger and stronger? strange but nice feeling

day 7 off
day 8, chest
3 sets of pec deck to warm up
superset dumbell flat bench (with heavy weight) with flat smith bench (light weight)
did 5-6 heave db then went strait to smith to pound out as many as possible for 5 sets with 2 min rest inbetween.
4 sets of 10-12 with plate
exercise ball pushups
3 sets of 15
weight- still sittin at 214 (didnt eat very well over the weekend)
no noticable strength increase from last week

day 10, legs
had a great work out. it seems that working out is the only this i can get motivated to do. lethargy is defiantly setting in. i just want to sleep and eat all day, until its time to go to the gym and then i tear the gym down haha.
strength is through the roof. today when i was doing some leg press i had the sled loaded up and had to get my partner to sit on top. its funny when people stare at you in the gym.
aggression- haven't had to much happen latly that would get me upset but i have noticed i am being a smart ass alot more than often, and iv also started to notice the ON feeling where you feel semi invincible haha (love it)
sex drive has only been effected positively so far.
didn't weigh myself today but i did notice this morning im looking a lil thicker and slightly losing definition in my abs

sorry guys iv been pretty busy lately with school, training, and my clients.
monday i got my test enanthate, and temptation was killin me SO!
heres the new plan....
i started the test monday, i will be running it at 500mg a week for 12 maybe 15 weeks. i will continue to run the phera to "jump/kick start" the test. i have discontinued the trena (saving it for another cycle later down the road)
if there is any interest i will continue to log the new stack ... let me know
