    Yeah, it was a rough time, but with a great support system and perseverace i came through in the end.

    Exercise is therapeutic on so many different levels.

    Most definately man! I definately find my happyness as the gym when im having a bad day. Greaat support systems are an amazing thing, just the little bit said on here from everyone made it so much easier for my to deal it was great!

    Having a great support system really helps...you have to surround yourself with positive influences that is for sure! It is through perseverance that your character is truly defined. Saying exercise is therapeutic...I preach this all the damn time and people are either too ignorant to get it, or they are just too damn afraid to put in the work necessary to find out!

    Weight: 226.5lbs(+2.5lbs).......This is as of Day 13.

    Libido: Slightly elevated

    Side Effects: Honestly, still nothing significant to report. My skin still looks good with no acne issues. My hair is still all accounted for.

    Strength: I continue to have noticeable strength gains. My workouts have been very good. Endurance is well above average.

    Mood: I seem to go back and forth between i'll tear your head off........to a mellower aggressive tone lol.



    3-AD Dosing:

    1st dose: 10:30am
    2nd dose: 6:30pm




    Workouts:

    Day 12-Legs

    Day 13-Off Day




    Daily Narrative:

    So as i approach the end of week 2, i'm still pleased with what i've witnessed so far. I haven't had the weight gain like i would have hoped, but the overall effects that have been evinced are very nice. Thusfar this compound has been very good for strength and aggression. I continue to feel very good throughout the day. My periods of aggression seem to fluctuate, however they make for very solid workouts. I still don't note any real bloat and my muscles feel full and solid. My libido has been bouncing around between a baseline and elevated state. If i can get a solid 5lbs by the end of this test i will be very pleased. Week 3 begins after tomorrow, i look forward to finishing this off with solid results!!

    I cant wait to try this stuff out.

    Hows the muscles "feel"? Any tighter? any more vasuclar? all day pumps? lil more soft'n bloaty (retaining water?)?

    How bout after meals? feeling anything like pumps from food (I remember original methylated phera would give me pumps just from certain foods) or fuller muscles?

    I feel pretty pumped throughout the day. I definitely feel it more with increased carbohydrate intake though. I really like the aggression and mood boost i get from it most.

    Weight: 227lbs(+3lbs)

    Libido: Constantly up and down it seems

    Side Effects: Today i have a little acne developing, nothing substantial by any means however. Hair still good.

    Strength: I still continue to feel very strong in my daily workouts. I wouldn't say it's increased a ton this week, but still very evident. I was able to add 5-10lbs on lat pulldowns and DB rows today.

    Aggression: Very aggressive today. The littlest things pissed me off. I played some COD4 today and took out some of that aggression.....Head Shot........BOOM!!!




    3-AD Dosing:

    1st dose: 10:30am
    2nd dose: 6:30pm

    BACK/BI'S




    Daily Narrative:

    Today was the end of week 2 on 3-AD. It was a good week overall. I continue to have nice strength gains and tons of aggression this week. I haven't put on a ton of weight(3lbs), but i seem to have recomped pretty nicely....at least that's what the wife told me today. I think that if i upped the dosage a bit(6 caps/day) i would put on more weight, however i'm really enjoying the results i'm getting right now. The pumps have been pretty good too. They seem to be better however when i comsume a higher carbohydrate intake. No real side effects either which is very nice. I do get an occassional headache from time to time. I hope to see a few more pounds in the coming week. I really believe that this compound will stack very well as well as being a great stand alone product. Week 3 begins..............NOW!!

    Libido: Mild elevation, nothing significant though.

    Side Effects: Some acne developing on forehead, otherwise nothing to note.

    Strength: Off Day today so i can't comment.

    Mood: Still continue to feel really good. Aggression continues to be elevated. Love the way i feel on this stuff!

    Today starts week 3. I still continue to feel great on this compound. My muscles continue to feel pretty full throughout the day. I've been keeping my carbs fairly high and i definitely notice a huge difference in overall pump when doing so. The feeling of well being from 3-AD is very nice. I'll be hitting it hard and heavy this week to get all i can out of this great product.
