    Morning Cardio:
    3RPM
    25 min run, steady but moderately paced heart rate was surprisingly high...

    Delts +Traps
    3RPM
    This was really an intense lifting session! Sweat was pouring while Michael Jackson's "Beat It" was blaring and my delts are really progressing! Hit traps hard and fast. VERY TIRED!!

    Nighttime Cardio:
    3 RPM
    This was immediately after the run I did a 10 min warm up followed by a competitive paced 1.5 miles (did a few 100 yd. sprints) and on my way back towards the end (last .5 miles) my heart was beating so fat i was forced to walk for a couple min (this has NEVER happened)! Anyhow, i'm freaking exhausted....
    Ap and Pslin have really been doing there thing my arms are "pumped" around the clock as they were with yellow gold!

    Morning Cardio
    3RPM
    Didn't happen....I got ready and everything but I only got 4.5 hours sleep last night(couldnt fall asleep) and was exhausted!

    Full body shave then hit the tanning bed!

    Nightime Cardio:
    3 RPM
    Threw in some sidebends (60 lbs and repped the hell out of them) then went for 25 min jog!

    Vascularity is improving dramatically!! have been getting a few compliment here and the AP and Pslin are tightening the hell out of my obliques! muscles are feeling full 24/7!

    Morning Cardio
    3 RPM
    Although during the warmup I wasn't exactly "feeling" the whole running gig this morning, I happen to have a training partner with me. And on days when he's with me I really have to step it up (help him with his cardio). Anyhow this turned out to really be a hell of a training session!!! Im talking very hardcore at an intense pace!! During this training session I realized the power in my legs has really was crazy!! Not only that but my overall cardiovascular system seems to really had a total makeover endurance and stamina were sky high!!

    Quads
    3 RPM
    I'll have to be honest the whole "mind muscle" connection really wasnt with me today! This was highly unfortunate as my last two leg days have been epic!!

    3RPM

    Tanning: My physique is really coming along as is my color, the chick at the front desk was fine as hell therefore after I got out of the bed I came out with my shirt off!!! I feel this was 110% necessary!! Not only is my v taper now present but my abs are beginning to have that "chiseled" look to them! Over definition has improved!! Note: I had o get the whole big smile out of her!! Who knows maybe I could "get lucky" at the tanning bed lol!!?? That's one place that i've never done it before!!!

    Nighttime Cardio:

    Incorporated jogging running and sprints all into a 15 minute session very fun!!

    well that could go either way. she could have though it was hot....or she could think u were a roided out cocky a$$hole
