So i started taking on feb.8 and ive used up the bottle and a half that i had left over from summer.
My dosing was as follows:
weeks 1-2 six caps a day divided 2-2-2
weeks 3-4 nine caps a day @ 3-3-3
week 5 ten caps a day @ 3- 4 preworkout -3
week 6 eleven caps a day @ 3- 5 preworkout -3
During my DCP cycle my was through the roof. In fact it was very similar to taking a DS. Cardio was amazing I found myself being able to run, with rest periods, for 40-60min without fatigue. My lifting went smoothly and i made sure to keep myself very hydrated.
My beginning stats were 236lbs coming off of a dirty bulk with decavol and halodrol. My body fat was around 14-15%.
I got my body fat checked today and im at about 12.5% by caliper test. My bodyweight is down to 230lbs. Heres the awesome part Visibly it looks as though I have had zero muscle loss. In fact since i dropped some fat I look bigger!
