  3. Great job J! It's kinda crazy, but i honestly look like i'm leaning out. Even though i'm eating like a horse, i appear to have leaned up a bit already. Very interesting i tell ya!!

    Today was an off day. The ability to put away more food is nice. Today was my carbup day as well. Tomorrow is back and i will kill it. I have another lift on a machine i plan on incorporating tomorrow! :clean:

    hahaha im gonna kill back again this friday with a training partner (I normally train alone) this past Friday I annihilated back and tris and set a few pr's for myself the intensity was insane to say the least!!

    yea but we dont screw around not to mention are routine is the same and were in sync, i do more weight so he goes first then i add the weight... it really does work out with someone who knows what they are doing and sets the pace!

    It really is something great when you have a partner thats on par with you, its that much more motivation to push it to the next level and make sure your workouts are intense and productive as possible.

  14. The partnership is true. I gues i just havnt found someone on par with me so to speak.

    Todays diet has been nailed. I step on the scale tonight as well.

    Its back and im gonna shred it up!

    I have had a slight headache the passed 2 days, im upping my water intake to see if that will help. Anyways im off to the gym ill report back soon!

    Comments/Thoughts:
    The headache really hurt my strength, it was just pounding but i did crank out most of my sets. Sweat was up and pump was still pretty decent. Mood was horrible because of the headache. Im thinkin it may be from the lower carbs im not sure.

    Weight: 201
    Now remember when i started i was 203 BUT i was holding water. After a week of a perfect diet im still at 201. So a def recomp is going on and i can see it.

    Diets been perfect today as usual! I may go the route C is going and hire myself a professional personal trainer and dietician, i have one in mind, well see though.

  21. Hope the headache goes away soon. Have you ran to the grocery store to do a quick blood pressure check?

    The Personal trainer is great. It holds you accountable and my training goes so much quicker. I don't have to think about what I'm going to do that day, I just show up and do it. I'm getting cuts from doing things I wouldn't normally do. And she pushes me past the pain and makes me keep going.

    Nah didnt even think about that! I may have to do that. My blood pressure is usualy ALWAYS good but i think i may go do that. Good idea C! Yea, this trainer is online but everything will still be laid out for what i do, eat,set,reps etc. Its more for my bulking phase i beleive. Im HORRIBLE at it. So i eat less cals n short change my gains.

  27. Yea thats what i did immediately was increas water intake. Drank about a Liter and a half during my workout and then almost another liter after. Didnt seem to help but i will up my water intake during the day. I took some Bayer though hopefuly it goes away. Its pretty annoying! lol

    but i get a headache evertime i initially go low carb.
    eating high protein and low carb will dehydrate you even if you drink a ton of water.
    after a few days my body adjusts and i feel better.

    i also second crader's notion of checking your bp.
    especially if the headaches continue.

    I think the low carb may be whats doing it. Im keeping my water intake high tho thats for sure. If i have one tomorrow i will get it checked.

  30. buy hawthorn berry it lowers your blood pressure i used to get huge head aches on cycle then i tried hawthorn and I'll never run another cycle again without it really helps and it cheap like 5-10 buck a bottle for 100 caps and just one a day.:clean:
