  2. DAY 18

    State:

    I was feeling very good all day.

    Workout:

    No workout today. I am starting my new plan tomorrow!

    Notes:

    I am so excited to start my new training it's just insane. And with the intrastack I'll be in paradise!

  4. DAY 19

    State:

    I tried a new face cream and it completely burned my face yesterday. I slept really bad as I had the burning sensation woke me up about 10 times in the night. I woke up and sprayed Solarcaine right in my face and went back to sleep lol. I was feeling ugly to say the least this morning. I had trouble opening an eye it was so "puffy". I looked like I took 10 dbol pills in 1 night and retained tons of water haha. I still look pretty bad. People ask me what I did, and of course, they don't beleive a cream can do that. Oh well

    Workout:

    Now that was a helluva workout!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!! (are there enough exclamation points there? )

    Oooh lala it was fun. I did a huge chest workout. Some exercises were:

    Incline barbell press
    Superset of flat press and flyes
    Decline barbell presses
    Dips
    Cable crossovers

    Let me tell you, this was a pumped up chest right there!

    After that I ended it with 30 minutes cardio at 15% incline, 3.1 mph. This I will feel tomorrow!

    Notes:

    Got myself a new date this week end so I got out of the gym with all my expectations met, and even more!

    It was pretty rough lol, and still itchy... But the fact that the workout went so well makes my day 100% anyways

  8. DAY 20

    State:

    My face is getting better. It was a acne cream. Strangely I don't have any more acne it burned so bad

    Workout:

    Another grueling workout here. It was some back, abs and intense cardio!

    I almost puked on the treadmill. With 4300 cals a day and 500+ g. protein, you feel quite full

    Notes:

    The workout was very intense. No long chat breaks, I was primed, pumped, and felt HUGE!

  9. DAY 21

    State:

    Very good. A little tired, but nothing to worry about.

    Workout:

    ARMS DAY!!!

    I blasted these guns like there was no tomorrow! The pump was just insane! I love the stuff. It helps me big time.

    Notes:

    Another intense, focused, grueling workout. Sleep is still pretty awesome. I snoozed it for 30 minutes!

  12. DAY 24

    State:

    Well, I decided to go see my granfather at the hospital in the morning, as he was very sick. To my surprise he deceased in the night before. So I never got the chance to say goodbye. I am still in a passive state. Pretty weird. It's like if I didn't realize he died yet.

    Workout:

    I had my new knee straps, and I decided to give them a run as I was full of energy. I have no idea why though! But I really am in pain right now, so it's a good sign!

    Notes:

    Aside from everything above, nothing to add..

    Thanks. He will be exposed this week. I just hope I won't miss a workout because of this. I just sleep so much better when I go to bed and have accomplished my workout. But it's things we have no control over unfortunately. Life must go on.

  15. DAY 26

    State:

    I was in a pretty good state today. Although tired, I managed to make my way to the gym fairly easily.

    Workout:

    Today was chest. Thank god. My legs are in so much pain I have trouble to sit down! The best part is I did all my cardio! Let me tell you that at 15% inclined treadmill, your butt is really in pain there! But I was proud when done!

    Notes:

    Funerals tonight.. I will have to catch up on that workout. Can't wait to get this over.

  16. My condolences man. You will be alright, good thing you got lifting as it will prove to be a nice release of a lot of the stress and worries.

  21. Thanks all for your support guys. It's finally over and I had time to say goodbye. I skipped a workout yesterday, but I am taking it back tonight, I will have a 1 day delay this week, so I'll workout friday

  22. FINAL REVIEW

    First of all, I'd like to thank AEN for this opportunity. I have now a new love, beta alanine. I feel like everything is better when I am training with it. I still get that tingling sensation, and this is another reason why I love it! So here:s my final evaluation:

    Strength:

    I felt like I gained strength faster on this stack. Looks like the increased recovery rate yielded to great results!

    Pumps:

    The pumps were just crazy. 10 times better than every NO product out there!

    Endurance:

    Endurance seems to have increased a lot, as my cardio sessions were really intense. Thumbs up!

    Overall fun:

    How can you make a supplement pass an evaluation test if it wasn't fun? Well, I had a lot of fun on this. You know that feeling where you finish your set, and can't stop smiling? Well there you go, the IntraStack succeeded.

    Final rating: 9/10
    I never give a 10 to anything as nothing is perfect in this world. But a 9 is extremely good and is something I will buy over and over!

    I would say that since my training has changed at about day 10, it is hard to measure what the supplement did change exactly. But to answer your question, I lost about 2% bf, lift more (I changed my training, and exercises movements so it's tough to say).

    On the measurements side, everything is similar, with bodyfat dropped, and I look a lot better on the mirror. Big time.
