I just finished a 35 day Junglewarfar, Anabolic Pump, Pslin bulk cycle. I put on 10lbs, from 220lbs to 230lbs. 10lbs in 35 days means I have a lot of fat to cut away. During this bulk cycle I was lifting for maximal hypertrophy, higher volume, lower intensity.
I've transitioned into my strength phase, high intensity, lower volume, but at the same time, I'm in a fat cutting phase too. These two happened to coincide at this point in time, I wouldn't normally plan it like this, but this is the situation.
I need to cut fat from my bulk cycle, but I'm also in a maximal strength phase.

Strictly for Weight loss and Diet Control
- DCP
- Yohimbine HCL
( Guggoblic Extreme) removed at Day 4
- Sesamin Oil

- Venom Lean Dreams (to replace Gugg Xtreme)
I'm currently 230lbs, 20% bf. Long term goal is to reach 200-210lbs, 12-15% bf, while at the same time, gaining strength. Short term goal, losing 1-3lbs a week.
