    Smeton's Pslin and Yellow Gold log-Unsponsered


    I'll be testing Pslin and Yellow Gold This next blast and give my final opinion on it when im done the blast. I do Dc training. Calories depends on my day and the goal. Right now My goal is gaining musclemass with unwanted bodyfat mode so Calories depend on my day. If Im working seven hours per day of heavy physicaly work, than i may take it 4 k. If I'm not doing anything that day Calories may only be 3 k. It all depends on input and output and every day differ's.

    I expect Pslin and Yellow Gold to do what they claim

    What You Can Expect From P-Slin:

In a recent blast I kept calories around 3,500 400 grams protein, Training like an animal Dc style, sleeping good, on top of that I was doing a lot of physical work. Intensity over volume. so this time around Im really not counting calories per say because every day differ's

    I'll be following along with whichever log you are doing. I just started doing DC and even though I may not be sure if I'm doing it 100% right, I'm seeing ridiculous gains. Its surprising because I can come to the gym and push myself for like 12 sets on chest or I can come to the gym do a few warm-up sets then do 1 set and see the same results...it's a weird thing I tell yeah. Any chance you'd sell me the DVD?

    I have just returned from Panama City beach where i got drunk and partied hard with friends. My friend Daniel took some pictures of me on PCB doing bodybuilding poses, the glare sucks, but they came out. I have been down without training or eating right for a month. Now I'm back and I'm putting Pslin and Yellow Gold to the challenge. I'll update nutrition , as Im not done today.

    Took Pslin. waited 15 minutes

    Took 75 carbs-oatmeal, and a banana
    60 protein, Whey and oatmeal

    Incline Barbell(I got weak fast after one month of nothing) 185-5-1 and I gave up next time It'll be 175

    Chest stretch 40 lbs 1:25

    Smythe WG upright row 2(35) 7-5-6=18

    Shoulder stretch 1:00

    Reverse Grip smythe bench press 205 7-3-2=12

    Tricep stretch 1:00

    Close grip chinup(v-handle) 6-6-4=16

    back stretch 1:00

    Rack deads (at knee)275-8,315-4


    Took Yellow Gold 15 minutes before training was done

    100 carbs, apple and dextose
    50 protein-whey
    (im not including all my other vitamins, creatine, beta alanine, nac,etc)

    Took a nap for an hour(overslept)

    60 P,Tuna
    70 C,Brown rice
    10 F,cheese

    Took a yellow Gold

    than ate 50 P chicken and the rest of meal. My main focus is counting protein so I'll not bother with writing carbs or fats down.

    50 lean beef

    Also I have more pictures, not related to bodybuilding, but if your interested in seeing them I'll post them for a bit of entertainment, if the request(s) come in.

    Total protein was 400 grams

    I slept like ten hours, after not training for a month I feel like I've been beat up bad!

    Today is an off day. I went grocery shopping, did some business, , made some money, washed a car-which is low intensity cardio.

    Took a Yellow Gold first thing

    So far protein is at 180 grams and shooting for four hundred grams again. Nutriton is spot on

    About to take another Yellow Gold in a second so far thats two for the day. I did two yesterday with Pslin. Time to watch Hitman tonight which was released today. Nice

    Thuresday ran errands. shopped. I got out of breathe from walking around so much. Than, Went to the Gym for 10 mins of low intensity cardio. Only got in 300 grams protein today so I have to really pay attention to this. Today is a training day. I'll update later..Took two yellow Golds today

    Today A2 (Let me explain I do a1 a2 a3-which are chest, ti's etc and b1 b2 b3 , which are Biceps, forarms,etc , this is what works for me)Strength wasn't incredible today and I could have used more intensity.

    Sunday PCb one of the nicest days there. Went to beach with Daniel his girl, and her baby and I met a whole lot more people. had soo much fun !



    These are my homeboys whom we drove down to PCb together. all are 19-21. I'm the only one thats 26.Everyonee think's I'm younger. I'm on the far left and accidentally cut myself out of the pic.This is when we first arrived at out Grand Hotel on the balcony of the ninth floor overlooking the city on one side and trees and sand on the other. Super Nice!

    Outside Sharky's an awesome club located on front beach , across from our grand hotel which costs 1068 for six days.



    The lovely girl on the left and I had some chemistry. The older one was attracted.

    Today did Martial arts for cardio.Right now Im working on speedbag, Boxing, Striking, and a few advanced moves I knew since I was a kid.aka my own style with another roundhouse to spin and punch I learned in MMA last year.Very short session but intense. Tomorrow its time to move some weight...

    When you say " took a YG", what do you mean?
    How much are you dosing per dose/ day? Are you taking before carb loading or meals? Are you taking anything with it, such as biotin or querectin?

    Have you had any noticable effects yet?

    YG=Yellow gold. Im doing two caps per day sometimes three. usually two. I'm taking it before meals as recommended. Sometimes Ill take l -glut or creatine with it.

    Got in cardio on Thuresday and Sat..

    Is your YG pre-capped. When you say 2 caps, how much is that, mg-grams.
    I bought bulk, use size "0" and take 8-12 per day. When I make them, I add a lil K-R-ALA to the cap.

    I have not hardly noticed anything at about 3 weeks. Iything, all the carbs have me looking bloated.

    Is your YG pre-capped? No

    When you say 2 caps, how much is that, mg-grams?
    One cap of the OO caps is 500-750 mgs

    If you do your research you will notice USP labs advises not toD R-ala, VS or any insulin mimicker for that matter with Plsin , ap, or Yg because the insulin mimicker interferes with these. Hope that helps bud

    Today I switched to Incline Db from incline Bb because the I didn't like the way the incline bb is set up and theres no way of adjusting it.

    Yesterday I did martial arts and Played two games of 21(basketball) for cardio.

    Today

    Natural Drag Curls 2(35) 10-6-7=23 *
    Bicep stretch 1:00

    reverse one arm cable curl 20lbs-25
    Forearm stretch 0:68

    Seated calves 35-12

    Heel press 4 (45s) and 2(25's) on each side=16`
    Ham stretch 1:00

    Zane leg press 5 plates(per side)-15, 7 plates-5
    Quad stretch 1:00

    Today had to go to another gym because my gym closed early so its not even worth noting because this gym had different equipment. Next time, I know to make sure I get to my home gym on time or Ill have to go though different equipment, which isn't useful in getting stronger.

    after my pslin and meal I went into my gym and decided I wasn't going to wait intill tomorrow so just found another gym.

    im a big YG fan myself, one thing to note though. if ur take YG with a meal of 80-100g carbs, try using 1g of it instead of 500mg, will deff be worth it imo

    I used to do this. I just stick to the one cap now. soon I'll be lowering carbs and my Pslin is almost out and access Plsin and Yellow Gold, as a stack on my final review, coming soon.

    Over the weekend got one day of outside cardio, just walking though nature and the neighborhood.

    seated Db curls 65lbs-7-3-3=13 *(30lbs)-0:30 secs)
    bicep stretch 1:15

    Pinwheel curls 40lbs-20
    forearm stetch 1:09

    Standing Calve 140-12*ouch*

    Seated leg curl 160lbs-10-5-4=19
    Hamstring stretch 1:10

    Half Smythe Squats 375-10, 405-7(went down , couldnt get back up)Quad stretch 1:00)

    Can't complain. Strength has gone up

    It's intense man. I recommend to get jasonwojo's video before you start it. i read the forums at IM and was doing too much for six months intill i bought the dvd. The Dvd saves a lot of time.
