I'll be testing Pslin and Yellow Gold This next blast and give my final opinion on it when im done the blast. I do Dc training. Calories depends on my day and the goal. Right now My goal is gaining musclemass with unwanted bodyfat mode so Calories depend on my day. If Im working seven hours per day of heavy physicaly work, than i may take it 4 k. If I'm not doing anything that day Calories may only be 3 k. It all depends on input and output and every day differ's.
