actually i've been feeling a little more restless than usual after i take it. get kinda jittery and toss and turn for a bit before i fall asleep.
typically i have no trouble falling asleep. weird.
maybe it's just a one time event and not from the sups.
but strange since i was expecting the exact opposite from this.
anyway, my diet has been horrible recently. pizza and some christmas candies have been the staple over the past few days. going to reign it in and get things back on track here this week.
workouts have been awesome though. had a killer shoulder workout yesterday.
barbell presses, dumbbell presses, upright rows, lateral raises, front raises.

How long before bed are you taking Somindren-GH/ZMK? I like to take it about 30 minutes pre-bed.
didn't even wake up for my usual middle of the night piss.
last night i actually took it 1 hr pre-bed and was falling asleep on the couch.
the night before when i was tossing and turning i only took it maybe 10-15min before bed.
i seem to get a little amped and jittery immediatly after, then that effect wears off and i get tired.
not getting any weird dreams that i can remember. i want to have one where i go to highschool in a mall like trip did. i'll keep trying.

I do not even try to get into bed at least 30-45 minutes after dosing but i will admit part of that is a really enjoy that 'bliss" feeling. I am happy your getting results Hank
everybody seems to react differently to S-GH. i find that if i take it too long before bed (1 hour +) i have trouble sleepio=ng. i love taking it about 5-10 minutes pre-bed.

alright. time for an update.
took ZMK and Somnidren pre-bed.
i've found if i take it less than 1/2hr before i go to bed i can't fall asleep for awhile. i'm restless, kind of feels like a stim effect. then it finally wears off and i can fall asleep.
last night i took 1hr pre-bed. got the same jittery feeling after, but an hour later i was falling asleep on the couch.
sleep was awesome. didn't even wake up for my usual middle of the night piss.
i'm not getting any cool dreams like others have reported with this stuff but the sleep was good last night.
haven't noticed any enhanced recovery from my workouts yet.
yesterday i did some flat bench, incline bench, weighted dips, skull crushers.
contining to dose ZMK and Somn at night -
sleep has been excellent. no wild dreams but sound and rested. still having trouble getting to sleep if i try and go to bed less than 1 hr after dosing.
haven't noticed any enhanced workout recovery.
workouts have been solid. worked back yesterday.

i've been just running this straight without any breaks as i've been enjoying the quality sleep i've been getting.
here is how i would score this after just 1 week of use:
i give the sleep quality a 9 out of 10.
sleep has been awsome! super deep and sound. don't wake up at all during the night anymore. had a late night friday night and had to get up at 6am - so i was running on only 5hrs of sleep but still felt great - like i had a full night of sleep.
recovery a 8 out of 10.
i figure i have to be recovering better if i'm sleeping so well. i am feeling much more rested and alert during the day. i'm not feeling fatigued at all and this is without taking any stims at this time. i'm still sore following my workouts like usual.
strength gain 2 out of 10.
early still. haven't been putting up any more weight than usual.
fat loss 2 out of 10.
early still. haven't noticed any body composition changes yet.
side effects 3 out of 10
immediatly after dosing i get kind of jittery and hyper right before bed. i don't really like this side as i usually like to relax and wind down right before bed.
that's all for now. my cycle is on hold as of right now as i've had issues getting all my supplies.
today is day 19 on the Millennium ZMK/Somnidren GHSR stack.
recent workouts have been strong. haven't been as sore the next day.
i've been eating like a hog over the holidays. i've tacked on 3 lbs this month.
but my strength hasn't really improved with the additional weight.
i have been working out more frequently as i haven't felt i've needed as much rest between workouts recently. must be the improved recovery from the quality sleep.
i've also noticed i haven't been getting any muscle cramps or twitching muscles after my workouts like i used to get. i believe i must have been deficient in zinc and magnesium so the ZMK is proabably a good thing for me.
so far i feel that these products are great for improved sleep quality. for those who have trouble getting good rest and recovery i could see how this would be extremly useful.
my sleep quality has improved but i didn't feel that my sleep was very poor to begin with.
as far as physical changes in appearance and strength, the effects are subtle (if any) for me.
but like gh results - i would assume it would require long term use to notice significant physical changes.
overall these are good products. i'm not hyping it up, just trying to give an honest review.
nothing groundbreaking to report.
i've been keeping up intensity on my workouts but my diet has been poor.
it's difficult to stay on track during the winter/holiday season.
my weight and appearance are mostly unchanged though, despite my poor diet.
had a great back workout yesterday.
weighted pull-ups w/45 - 5 sets of 7-9 reps
deads - 135x20, 225x15, 295x12, 295x10, 295x10
barbbell rows - 4 sets 175x10
8 sets of curls to finish off my bis
ok. this log is finished. used the last of the milennium product last night.
it was a good run. i wish i could have run it with a cleaner diet. tough to stay strict over the holidays.
overall i was very impressed with the sleep improvement. before this run, i was waking up on average 3 times per night before. the last two weeks i wouldn't wake up once during the night. - not even for a piss. i'm curious what will happen after i stop using this.
it's tough to gague physical changes with such a short run.
i did put on 3lbs but i would have to attribute much of that to my poor diet of sweets and carbs this month.
i've continued to have solid workouts. not noticable strenght gains though.
for future runs i may string consecutive months of this or other gh enhancing products. i have a bottle of IGF-2 and powerful in my stash. maybe i'll pick up some more somn and zmk this spring and run it all this summer during a cut.
i believe this would be very benefitial during a calorie deficit or during pct.
since i've started adding some weight i've decided to take the next 3 months and continue a bulk. although i plan on keeping it cleaner moving forward.

also waking up to take a piss 1/2 way through the night again.
other than that i'm still feeling good and rested when i wake up.
