  2. ok. so i started w/my first dose of ZMK and Somnidren last night.
    took it on an empty stomach as directed before bed.

    didn't really notice much. but i did get super hungry. in fact 30 minutes after i took the ZMK and Som i was getting some severe hungar pains that really tempted me to eat, but i soon fell asleep.

    sleep seemed the same as usual.
    still got up up for my middle of the night piss.

    Yeah the hunger has got more for me nothing severe in fact i like it easier to eat the 4th and 5th meal good luck bro

    what is the third way to take it?

    insulin reduces gh production.
    that is why Som is recommended on an empty stomach.

    gh production is highest at night when sleeping.
    that is why Som is recommended prior to sleep.

    no, haven't tried any of those.
    problem i see is they are even more expensive than actual gh$$$ and they may not be as effective.

    a better legal route in my opinion would probably just stick w/some of these new otc supplements like Somnidren, Powerful or IGF-2 and run them long term.
    the effectiveness of some these otc products at substantially boosting gh is still questionable, but at least they are much more affordable.

    gh supplementation seems to be a long term commitment for results.

    actually i've been feeling a little more restless than usual after i take it. get kinda jittery and toss and turn for a bit before i fall asleep.

    typically i have no trouble falling asleep. weird.
    maybe it's just a one time event and not from the sups.
    but strange since i was expecting the exact opposite from this.

    anyway, my diet has been horrible recently. pizza and some christmas candies have been the staple over the past few days. going to reign it in and get things back on track here this week.

    workouts have been awesome though. had a killer shoulder workout yesterday.
    barbell presses, dumbbell presses, upright rows, lateral raises, front raises.

    Need rear delt work!!...seated bent over raises are the difference....beacuse no-body has focus on rear delts!

    yeah, i throw those in once in awhile. i probably need to do them more often though.

    i also feel that i hit them on my back day. rear delts seem to get worked when i do close grip pull-ups.

    good news....i slept VERY deeply last night.
    didn't even wake up for my usual middle of the night piss.
    last night i actually took it 1 hr pre-bed and was falling asleep on the couch.

    the night before when i was tossing and turning i only took it maybe 10-15min before bed.
    i seem to get a little amped and jittery immediatly after, then that effect wears off and i get tired.

    not getting any weird dreams that i can remember. i want to have one where i go to highschool in a mall like trip did. i'll keep trying.

    I do not even try to get into bed at least 30-45 minutes after dosing but i will admit part of that is a really enjoy that 'bliss" feeling. I am happy your getting results Hank

  23. everybody seems to react differently to S-GH. i find that if i take it too long before bed (1 hour +) i have trouble sleepio=ng. i love taking it about 5-10 minutes pre-bed.
