Metroba's non-sponsered Neovar log

Going to be using this log as a way of tracking my progress and for motivation. I have some gyno coming back 2 months after an Epi cycle and I got some E-form as well. Other supplements I will be using are Massfx, Yellowgold, P-slin, BCAAs, Fish Oil and a multi-v. My diet is gluten free because I have Celiac disease. So my diet consist of oats, rice products, fruits, veggies, protein skakes, meats. I will be keep carbs in the 300g range because Im using P-slin and yellow gold. Any comments would be great. I look forward to seeing some results with Neovar. Log begins either tomorrow or the next day.

That gluten free things is curse bro...but in some ways it's a blessing, helps you stay clean as hell...

Upper Arm flexed 15.25
Forearm 12.25"
Chest at armpit 41.75"

Very true but the thing about being a Celiac is whenever you do eat something that has the slightest bit of gluten in it, it makes me look about 10-15 lbs heavier than I really am and in the worst spot..the midsection. But yellow gold always does me right for shaping out my midsection.

Neovar is some kind of creatine but I wanted to try a new creatine and Ive read some good things on this stuff so I figured what the hell.

I knew i was wrong about what neovar was...i got it confused with igf-2...i wouldve had a certain suggestion if hat was the case.

I just realized that their is stuff in Neovar that shuttles the carbs to the muscles so I guess I wont need to take YG during the Neovar. If anyone disagrees please tell me.

Yea, I finally took a look at Neovar and I would drop the YG while taking it. They both work by manipulating GLUT4, through different mechanisms...but I'm just not smart enough to work them out.

Package was home when I got home from work so I tried the E-form and Neovar right away. I jumped in the shower and gave myself a quick rinse before applying E-form. 1 squirt on each chest and 1 squirt on each inner forearm making a total of 4 squirts, 80mg. Did an hour of cardio but didnt work out due to today being a day off. Still took 4 Neovar afterwards with Chicken and Rice (60g carbs). Next workout day is tomorrow. Also took 2 MFX, 4 RPM, 1 Powerfull 45 mins pre w/o. I got a crazy head rush a few mins after taking E-form, which I read was normal so I at least know it works. Starting tomorrow will do E-form doses in morning and post w/o to avoid sweating off the E-form. Im going to stay in the 20-80mg range until its finished.

I also consumed a gallon of water w/ 3 scoops Xtend/2 scoops Poseidon pre/during/post w/o.
