| Board Supporter | Easy- Have you ever thought of hiring someone to write you up a diet. I know you seem to have a firm grasp on things, but sometimes can help. I tell you hiring bobo was the best thing i have done diet wise. I have used the same diet he has written for me, for years, and i can shed lbs' with ease. Just a thought. |

I had went back to school full time and I was still working full time. I was still lifting at first, but I felt over-trained....Anywho, it was 5 years before I went back to the gym consistently. And during that time my lifestyle changed to a sedative lifestyle of working in front of a computer. So ****ty diet and mega-dosing on Pepsi and other carbs led to muscle atrophy and fat gain. So, I was 210 and a big mess. I would guess about 20% bodyfat. I've been hard at it for over a year now. The leanest I have been was last year. I was 185. Went back to ****ty eating and mid-section started getting soft again. So Here I am now managing fat gain while trying to add LBM. Diet has just been a struggle. Trying to get the household on the same page. | |

| Appnut at large Board Sponsor | Its definitely hard to keep motivation over time. Its easier while big changes are happening. I considered a professional diet (and am going to read that book), but I think diet is fairly well under control now. I'm clocking a nice solid 2100-2200 cal a day on a SKD with appropriate protein and all healthy fats. lean beef, lean chicken, fish, olive/flax/fish/coconut oils, raw organic nuts, etc. Just not really seeing losses as much as I should all things told. I'm doing a full metabolism test later this month that should give me real metabolic index.
