Easy- Have you ever thought of hiring someone to write you up a diet. I know you seem to have a firm grasp on things, but sometimes can help. I tell you hiring bobo was the best thing i have done diet wise. I have used the same diet he has written for me, for years, and i can shed lbs' with ease.

Just a thought.

Dayyyum 5%!! My wife lost 150lbs give or take from hip hop dancing. Shes trying to get me involved in her salsa dancing. The guys in her classes are fukcin jacked!

A lot of us all have that addictive personality. Mine has always always always been with supps and a long ass binge of Marjewana! Quitting that was one of the toughest things Ive ever had to do.

I had always been lean, and always active in sports. But time changed everything. At my heaviest I was 210. Sad part was, I lost almost all my gains I made over the years.

I love my supps too. I just try to help Easy out. I read too many threads about people getting injuries. I think he still needs that solid base before messing with any PH/PS's

So ****ty diet and mega-dosing on Pepsi and other carbs led to muscle atrophy and fat gain. So, I was 210 and a big mess. I would guess about 20% bodyfat.

I've been hard at it for over a year now. The leanest I have been was last year. I was 185. Went back to ****ty eating and mid-section started getting soft again. So Here I am now managing fat gain while trying to add LBM.

Diet has just been a struggle. Trying to get the household on the same page.

Its definitely hard to keep motivation over time. Its easier while big changes are happening. I considered a professional diet (and am going to read that book), but I think diet is fairly well under control now. I'm clocking a nice solid 2100-2200 cal a day on a SKD with appropriate protein and all healthy fats. lean beef, lean chicken, fish, olive/flax/fish/coconut oils, raw organic nuts, etc. Just not really seeing losses as much as I should all things told. I'm doing a full metabolism test later this month that should give me real metabolic index.
