Beats doing upright rows and lateral raises by a long shot.

Are you referring to the clean and press? I havent tried this one before. But my shoulder exercises i do are High inlcine bench, Arnold presses, standing bb presses, seated behind neck bb presses, front raises, bentover raises, upright rows. I dont do all of these exercises on one day but I do them interchangeably.

U ever try "plate raises"?

Behind the neck presses kill my ****ing shoulders, in a bad way(injury) I don't **** around with those anymore..lol

Never heard of plate raises. yeah behind the neck presses can get a bit rough on the cuffs.

yeah, muscle clean & press. It's a nice compound exercise that hits the shoulders hard.

Try it in place of your bb presses for a bit. Also, be careful of the behind the neck stuff...

Day 17

Weight went from 188.5 to 192 in 3 days. Not sure how it happened. My diet is pefect and my cardio is very high. Training is in check. It does appear that Im holding some water. Gonna load up on water today and make sure Im staying hydrated. Took 3 caps Abyss last night and woke up at 6am! I was very awake. I took off to the gym at 7 and, btw I havent worked out this early in years. I some shoulders/abs/obliques/lower back strength. For shoulders I started off with Clean and press. Never done these before but I liked em. Well see if I see some changes in these sluggish shoulders. Did some plate raises in place of bb front raises I was going to do. Did side upright rows one arm at a time. Seated laterals..havent done the seated version in a month or so. oh forgot I did bentover raises first because you know how it is. Sickkkk pump. Shoulders looked huge. Took 6 neovar this morning and 6 neovar post w/o. Will be doing mad amount of cardio later. seacrest out!

Forgot to mention that I took an aspire thursday night...and its still workin! Its never worked this long. Maybe its a combo of the E-form. For some reason eform seemed to drop my libido at first. Hmm well see. Im not taking another aspire for a while so well see if the libido stays high. If it does then I know its the Eform.

I think if you stick with the Clean & Press you will see some changes, esp. once you get comfortable with the movement. You can move some big weight and your shoulders will respond nicely.




I hate cardio...
