Gone down 2 pounds since yesterday. Been doing crazy amount of cardio. Eating probly around maintenence cals but lower carb. Did a shoulder/upper chest/oblique w/o. Did 30 mins of sprints. I reached my PRs today on shoulders that I reached while on Epi

Had 2 scoops White Blood pre/during w/o. Def getting addicted to the BA is makes cardio and recovery inbetween sets a breeze. Muscles are all starting to look more defined. Seems like Im leaning out more and more each day. For some reason Im a little bloated today. Im wondering if the creatine in Neovar is starting to become more pronounced now and thats what is attributing to the bloat but I thought CEE doesnt bloat? Opinions? I also bloat very easily if I stray from my non-gluten diet. But I have been gluten free since the beginning of this log. The wife is noticing Im more leaner and that leads to better things in the bedroom. hehe. Other dosing today:
2 fish oil post w/o
1 multi v
4 Neovar this morning/4 post w/o (8 total)
2 mfx pre w/o
2 pf pre w/o
1 retain post w/o
120mg E-form post w/o
35g BCAA post w/o

Was wondering if any knows if it would be beeficial for someone of my weight to bump of my Neovar dosage to 5 pills per serving. Alpha male mentality is way more pronounced. My package with my Drive didnt show today even though I payed for 2 day delivery 3 days ago. So now Im not getting it until Monday. For some reason Fedex never hold up to their expectations for me. Ive never received a package on time...ever! Oh another note is Im def more irritable from the Eform..hehe. Doing arms tomorrow and more and more cardio. Starting to notice Im more gassy but I also havent taken my gut health in a couple days. Will start again today and see if the problem goes away. Standby for progress pics on Day 14.

I'd say no, neovar doesn't bloat, and yes there is some benefit to taking 5.

Sure as you still catch some benefit of the additional nutrient repartitioning. it may not be huge additional benefit, but it can't hurt to try for a few days, see if you feel a difference

Sounds good. Ill try it starting tomorrow for 7 days and see if it makes a difference. Wish I could rep ya more Easy...like you need it!!!

I'm actually on a neovar "break" right now as i'm doing a TKD for diet for a month to strip off some lbs

Weight after waste removal was 190 lbs. (-3 from start). Looking much much more leaner. Prob the best Ive looked in a long time. Been

like crazy. Not runs tho just going more but Ive been having alot of fiber so thats prob it. Started gut health again today. Doing arms/abs/obliques tonight.

Did some heavy arms. Shoulders are looking bigger. Chest is looking thicker.Upper chest is more striated. Have more vascularity. Losing fat. Will post measurements on day 14 with pic. Did 10 mins of sprints. Was able to push out more reps on everything today.

On another note Ill post my dosing for today.
10 Neovar..Def noticed a more pronounced pump. Started getting bloated 35 mins after I took em. After second dose had gut health with food. Got a gassy feeling but it went away after a few mins.
2 scoops WB/15g BCAA Pre/during/post w/o in gallon of water
2 Mfx/2 PF Pre w/o.
1 Retain/3 X-dream/2 fish oil/multi v/liver support before post w/o meal.
2 mfx/120mg Eform/2 pf pre bed..Have only been taking Eorm once a day for the past 2 days because of timing problems. Wil get timing fixed tomorrow.
