was the gyno a direct result of the epi cycle? Or did u run the epi to try to wipe it out?

Met- Have you tried doing the sprints on a elliptical?

I got gyno from a superdrol/pp cycle. and yes took the epi to battle it. It was pretty much wiped out by the end of the cycle but I had a terrrrrrrrible rebound on my gyno and it came back not as bad but Ive maintained it with novedex xt and form. Off both right now and its maintaining at about 25% gyno. Waiting for my next cycle going to Run eform with hdrol and 1,4ad and will try and get rid of it completely.

Day 33

Lovin the dc style training. Still not completely over not training everyday. But my muscles are reacting nicley to this style. My muscles feel harder and I always feel stronger. My calves are stretched from the raises I feel like I could jump high enough to slam dunk. haha corny. Weight still at 192. Feels like I am coming down with some flu like symptoms. Loadin up on Poseidon and some chewable immune function caps to battle it.
checked blood pressure yesterday and it was perfect.

Today is supposed to be w/o #5. I am like 85% sure I have the flu coming on. I reallllly want to w/o tho. Ill see how I feel when it comes time to it. But I def do not train when I feel sick.
