It is something to definetly get over. It is a typical thing with DC vs conventional BB style. Ya think at first, you aren't in the gym enough. But in all honesty, i used to get burned out, and miss days all the time because i worked out 5 days a week. I have not missed a gym day, in a LONG time. I am eager to workout everytime, and beat my logbook.

Sounds like some fun. So you think 150g carbs a day is adequate?

For now while you are trying to shed some BF. Then you should probally consider upping it a bit. Keep your protein high!

I would try to consume 1/2 of your carb intake post-wo.

Solid protein is best, but if not a shake will be suffice, just get a solid multi blend kine. I love Ultra Peptide. Can't wait to try UP 2.0 Chocolate & Peanut Butter

I been thinking about trying that.

I might just make up my own bled at TP though. I gotta order some protein here soon anyway.

I mix my own proteins. Egg/whey/soy/goat. Does that Peptide stuff have glutamine peptides in it?

Day 1, Day 13, Day 21 pics

Looks like the midsection has gotten any smaller prob because I upped my carbs a week ago because Im taking 12 neovar.

Did a nice little shoulder w/o. Did 3 sets of Clean and Presses. 3 sets of laterls, 3 sets of plate raises. This is the last time I will be doing raises due to be on DC. Looking foward to making the comparison on my shoulders..and the other muscles too but shoulders mostly.

Day 22

K so I guess I was very very bloated yesterday because yesterday I was 195 on an empty stomach and had gone to bathroom. Then this morning on an empty stomach and gone to the bathroom I was 189. . That in mind I looked at the pics I posted yesterday and I look much more bloated in yesterdays pic than I do today. So i guess I was holdin water and food in my intestines or somethin. Thats what sucks about having Celiac disease...Its very confusing whether Im getting fatter or just extremely bloated from gluten. Anyway, my legs are still killn me from yesterdays DC squats. Not hurtin as much as I thought they would but still hurt. Forgot my BCAA at home so I wont be to start sippn on that until after 5pm. I tried taking drive 2 caps, 3x/day and for some reason my libido shut off after 7pm. I was horny as hell during the day and completly shut off at 7. This didnt happen when I was taking 3 caps, 2x/day. So Im going back to that for my wifes sake.

Day 23
10 mins of sprints

Day 24 (today)
Worked bis and forearms today and did 20 mins of sprints. Dosing is the same. Only difference is Massfx is gone and am taking hyperdrol in its place for about 2 weeks(until its gone). Not looking foward to not taking any test booster for 4-6 weeks. Im thinkn I might go 6 weeks without it for maximum endrocrine recovery. Tomorrow will be official day 1 of DC training.
