| Board Supporter  | Try them with no weight. Strap up, do as many as u can do, then put ur feet down(stay strapped). Take 10 DEEP breaths, and go to failure again. Take feet down, 10 breaths, and one last rep to failure. Concentrate on keeping ur form strict. Explode up, and nice slow, controled negs, flaring ur lats at the bottom. Humor me, and do that..lol |

| Libido Check!! | K just got back and tried it your way imprez. Worked my way up to 310 for 3 reps. To me thats a lot of weight. I never done that much. Ive never gone over 250 for deadlifts. My forearms were extremely pumped. then did rack chins and wow my lats were reallly pumped from this. did cg rows and my my weight moved up 10lbs on this exercise. Thanks guys. Imprez we gotta work somethin out for that DC training. Im very interested. Ill hook ya up with a free sup. edit: forgot to mention I used straps for the rack pulls. |

| Libido Check!! | Okay so Im pissed. I was supposed to go to NYC for business yesterday and it got rescheduled for Friday. I had made plans with family in NY so this really screwed my plans up. So I delt with it and they were cool about it but now I was just told that Im not needed in NY (business wise). So my free ticket is gone. Oh well i wasnt going to be able to work out for 6 days and now I can so whatever. |

| Libido Check!! | Day 21 My back is lookn nice and swollen from yesterdays w/o. I really didnt think just doing 3 exercises for my back would do much but it has. My wife saw me with my shirt off this morning applying my Eform and she said my lats look more v-shape. Made me very happy. She doesn't comment much at all on my body so this made me very happy. Imprez was cool enough to send me a bunch of stuff on DC. Will be starting it on monday. That is if I have all the instructions and fully understand it. I think the stretching is the main thing that has me a little confused. Will be hittin Shoulders/and going to do some squats in couple of hours. Took 2 caps this morning with 2 leviathan. Ive been doing this for a week or so now and anytime I take leviathan my appetite disappears and I feel sick to my stomach. This morning was the first time in a long time that I yacked it up. I wasted 2 of my drive  . Im up to 6 caps a day now. 3 caps, 2x/day on non workout days and 2 caps, 3x/day on w/o days. Ran out of massfx last night. Through in cissus drol about 2 days ago and will be using what left of this bottle which is about 2 weeks or less. When that runs out Ill be taking a break from test boosters for 4 weeks. Then we'll see what I start next. Will be continuing Neovar to complete what Im hoping for to be a 12 week cycle; if not then 8 weeks. Will post proggress pic tomorrow. Id say that my fat is the same since my last photo (day 14). But it looks like there are some nice little changes. |
