Day 45, 46, 47, 48
I am now training with Buffhunk (from AM), as I really wanted to get some more focus on certain things. The basic premise of the program is TUT (Time under tension) along with strength and hypertrophy days. Metabolic Tranining will also be included, which I LOVE.
Anyways, friday was a metabolic strength upper body day. Took Saturday off, sunday was Shoulders/Chest/Bi's and today was Back/Tri's. I LOVE the new program and everything is flowing nicely right now.
Strength keeps climbing. Heath (buffhunk) has me doing some pretty nice circuit style training this week and my strength is still up! YEAH!
Again, this style of training requires some serious endurance + intensity. I kicked ass...but my PW is out, so I hope endurance doesn't drop off.
Overall, everything is SICK!
