    Now for the Product:

    Here is the write up: Designer Supplements

    Point of this log: I hope to add about 1 lb a week (hopefuly of muscle). Usually i shoot for .5 lbs a week but im hoping ActivaTe Xtreme will increase my protein synthesis allowing me to put on 1 lb or near it or muscle a week. Also i have been stuck at 270x5 bench for a while. I really would like to break that plateu.

    The split:
    Upper Power
    Lower Power
    Off
    Chest/Back Hypertrophy
    Shoulders/Arms Hypertrophy

    For upper days i just do mainly compounds, low reps, not too many sets.
    For hypertrophy days, i do more sets, more reps, less rest time.
    I also do HIIT cardio 2x a week.

    Nutrition: I count all my calories. Im sort of obsessed but i guess thats a good thing to be obsessed with. Right now im being trained by Layne and he has me on a 220/470/55 P/C/F on training days but im gonna change it up to about 220/450/65 cause i think i will repond better to that. My off day macros are 220/360/60.

    Supplements: During this log i will be taking-
    Protein Powder: Bulk protein for supplementing my protein needs, and Giant WPI post workout
    WMS: I use this in my post workout shake (immediately post workout, then have full meal 1 hr later)

    Workout Notes: Kinda wierd workout. Felt like sh1t before, was only gonna do some leg extensions/curls then leave cause i worked (moving) for 7 hrs before, was on my feel, lifting sh1t all day, plus i took Aspire36 last night and had had teh sexors/wacked it like 8 times between today/last night (yes, that sh1t is crazy!) Also i only had 5 hrs of sleep last night so overall my workout was looking like it was gonna be a ****ty one. But i got there and jsut started bustin' sh1t out. Lot different than my regular workout which consists of step ups and clean and front squat but damn, my legs still hurt and its 3 hrs later! Oh, forgot to mention that all of these were super sets, no rest at all. Did leg extensions, leg curls, calf raise. Then same thing but standing leg curls. Then machine leg press and calf raise super setter. It was insane.

    Workout Notes: Havnt done t bar rows in a while. Switched to em cause regular rows put too much pressure on my lower back.     Workout Notes: Holy sh1t, insane workout. Friends invited me to go to the fair so had to go at 7 but got off work at 6 so did 18 sets in 20 mins Everything was supersetted and no rest time. By the time i got to last lifts i was dead. Probably the most intense workout i have ever had.

    Pre-Journal: Woke up pretty early (9) for a non work day cause i had a hair cut and just went to the gym right after. I sort of like going to the gym fairly early cause you get it out of teh way. Im gonna try to stop sleeping m ore than 8-9 hrs on my off days cause theres so much sh1t i could be doing in those 1-2 hrs i waste when i sleep 10-12 hrs.

    Effects of ActivaTe Xtreme: I am starting to get a little acne on my back (just a tiny bit) but im hoping this means my test is increasing so the activate will start kicking in!

    Overview: Drank a little tonight. Thank god for phenibut. Took like 4-5g of that stuff and then a couple shots and i was feeling it. Pretty nice cause i usually have to take atleast 10 shots to feel anything (yes, high tolerance, it sucks). My friend who is going to college is having a keger tomaro so im not gonna keep trakc of cals and im gonna be at his barbeque all day. Just gonna hit legs and eat a sh1t load!

    Workout Notes: Holy sh1t, only did 12 sets but it was one of my most intense workouts ever. After my squats/leg press super set i had to lay down for 10 mins cause i felt like i was gonna pass out, lol. After my workout i threw up. Walking down the stairs from my gym (on 2nd story) i almost fell cause my legs were so wabbly. I felt like sh1t that workout but gutted it out. Yay for me.
