    Intro / about me:

    Short version: I was a skinny 6ft 130lbs at age 19 and I managed to bulk up to 260lbs. Recomped to around 240, and currently at 247 to 248 after running Jungle WARFARE on a semi-clean bulk with some "puffy nips" issues. Nutrition is onpoint but my schedule is complete hell = a real struggle to gain / maintain lean mass even after tweaking other variables. I'm in survival mode to just maintain what lean mass I have until my lifestyle gets back on track (FITNESS / NUTRITION)....time to GFS !!

    Carb timing and pre-workout nutrition are strictly by "feel"... also cutting down on my milk intake a bit.

    6-TRIONE:
    Androstenetrione, or 6-Trione, is what is known as a suicide inhibitor of aromatase. This means that 6-Trione binds to the aromatase enzyme in a permanent and irreversible manner, rendering it inactive. The result of this is an eventual diminishment of aromatase enzyme in the body and a concomitant reduction in estrogen levels. A corresponding increase in testosterone production is usually experienced as well.

    If you are using it to combat estrogen during a cycle of aromatizable substances then you can take it every day of your cycle, once a day (preferably with your evening meal) at a dosage of 200-600 mg. If you are using it to jump-start your testosterone production after a cycle (or just to increase your own natural production in a clean state) then you would also take 200-600mg of 6-Androstenetrione once a day, for a period of 3-6 weeks.

    I'm convinced that Tyramine has a noticable anti-prolactin effect in the real world, which is why I'm choosing to run it at this time. 6-TRIONE for A mild test boost + anti-prolactin + fatloss should = dry and hard while maintaining lean mass and some strength. As most of you probably know, the giant knotweed and GSE in Orange TRIAD is the icing on this little cake.

    CHIZLED dosage / timing:
    Fairly sensitive to Yohimbe / Yohimbine (they murdered the label, but it should be Yohimbe extracted for 3mg Yohimbine as far as I know), so I have no choice but to split the dosage out... but on a positve note, this prevents crashing from the stims.

    Thoughts:

    Rough workout, without the usual focus and motivation... felt like a zombie. Some stretching / bandwork tonight... and felt much better.

    Noticable thermo effect from the CHIZLED after the 2nd capsule (serious). Nausea for about 1 hour, following the 3rd. 6-TRIONE X 2 = nothing to report yet !

    So, the obvious question is why 6-TRIONE and not Formestane or ATD ?

    A buddy needed some Formestane on short notice so I'm actually out for now, and my ATD isn't capped... so those are the main reasons. Also hoping for little / no rebound.

    Pretty rough day... hate off days. Appetite totally shut down for the most part. As expected, sleep is great once I finally "crash" after chizled capsule 3.

    Feeling less run-down. Hit it moderately hard, but 315 x 3 on incline = fail so my incline bench is still all over the map. Nutrition could have been better... ran out of tuna among other things. Appetite is still shut down as expected. Sleep is very deep, instead of waking up 2+ times per night.

    As you can see, I decreased 6-TRIONE to 500mg daily. Nuts continued to tingle, and lol.. getting bigger (serious). Reason I noticed was when running = enough said ??

    Feeling good... not great, but good. Oh man... and summer... SUMMER IS GOOD. Shopping for a crotch-rocket because of the insane gas prices etc... thinking of getting a 1997+ CBR or Ninja (600cc vs. 900cc thoughts anyone for NOT RACING but 250lbs ??)

    All active military and veterans (I am one) out there: RESPECT... and thank you for your service and sacrifice.

    Sleep was rough = cardio was pretty tough. Strength was down, but powered through the workout. Incline Flyes were awesome, and I'm looking more vascular for sure.

    Nothing dramatic yet, but also nothing to complain about. People keep emailing about the puffiness = YES, it's under control and ZERO sensitivity.

    Deads = almost puked every set

    DB rows = incredible MMC... back is almost pain free (wish I knew why), and showing signs of life
