    Cool Larry's back with a Hairy Log


    That's right, AM... I'm back in action A little back story on what happened to me:

    I worked my ass of a few months ago and sacrificed working out (the worst thing to chop from the list, I know) for the sake of putting in longer hours at work. I was up for a promotion, but got passed over. Super. So, not only did my muscle start to wither away, but I got nothing out of my hard work. Oh, well. Since then, I transfered departments and I'm doing great!

    Currently, I've been training 100% supplement free. First was getting back into cardio. I ran a 5k a few weeks ago that my company sponsored and since then, I've been running ever other day (it was a tough transition). Next, came the gym. Oh, God, I am so sorry for neglecting my muscles! Virgin lifting Syndrome (TM) as I like to call it, hit me hard! But, I'm back in the driver's seat and have a steady regimen down.

    I recently purchased some supplements from Nutraplanet/a research site and I want to start this log up, open to suggestions. Oh yeah-- before and after pictures will be shown at the end. My embarrassment is getting the better of me for the moment, so BACK OFF!

    Here is what I have:

    - Isopure Stawberry Zero Carb Protein
    - Nutra Bulk BCAAs
    - Nutra Bulk kwik Karb
    - Nutra Bulk Sesathin (two bottles)
    - Formastine
    - Abliderate
    - Nutra Green Tea Caps
    - Nutra ALA Caps
    - DCP
    - 11-OXO (two bottles)
    - Havoc
    - Phera Plex
    - M-drol
    - the kitchen sink
    - Cycle Support
    - Poseidon
    - T4 (research grade)
    - Clen/Keto (research grade)
    - Torem (research grade)
    - Nolvadex (generic)
    - Clomid (generic)


    Obviously I am not going to use all of this stuff at once! My goals are a lean recomposition, but with a focus of cutting fat (duh, it's summer, right?) I'm still figuring out what kind of things I want to through together in regards to my PH's and research chems, but I have some more research to do before I finalize anything. Obviously, I need to set up a post cycle therapy in advance, as well.

    Exercise will be dominated by cardio in the AM and lifting at night. Following each lift, a 10 minute cardio session on a stationary bike will occur for oxidation of my muscles for optimum growth and recovery. Splits for resistance work outs will be up soon.

    I hope you guys and gals didn't miss me too much! Freakin' weirdos

    So I'm thinking something like this:

    - Isopure Stawberry Zero Carb Protein

    - Nutra Bulk kwik Karb (I have some Anabolic Pump I may toss in, too)
    - Nutra Bulk Sesathin (two bottles) 1 pump x 3 a day
    - Abliderate (add the formestane) 1 pump x 2 a day
    - Nutra Green Tea Caps 1x 3 a day
    - Nutra ALA Caps 1x 3 a day
    - DCP 3x3 a day
    - 11-OXO (two bottles) 1x3 a day
    - Havoc TBA
    - Phera Plex TBA
    - Cycle Support
    - Poseidon AM and pre workout
    - T4 (research grade) TBA
    - Clen/Keto (research grade)


    Clen/keto will probably go something like this:

    week 1: 20/40/60/80/80/80/100
    week 2: 100/100/120/120/120/120/120
    week 3: 120/120/120/120/120/100/100
    week 4: 100/80/80/80/60/40/20


    Phera and Havoc may be run as follows (input welcomed):

    WeeK 1 Generic Labs PP 15 Mg
    WeeK 2 Generic Labs PP 15 Mg
    Week 3 Generic Labs PP 30 Mg...Havoc on day 5 at 30 mg of week 3
    Week 4 Havoc 30 Mg..30mg PPfor 3 days
    WeeK 5 Havoc 30 Mg
    Week 6 Havoc 30 Mg


    My weight and bf% will be reported later. My scales are boxed up (I'm moving next week). Thank God, I kept my laptop! Otherwise, I'd be going crazy from boredom.

    Resistance Splits:
    Monday: Chest/Tris
    Tues: Back/Bis
    Wed: No resistance training
    Thurs: Traps/legs
    Fri: Inclined Chest WO w/abdominal training
    Sat: No resistance training
    Sun: No resistance training

    Cardio Splits:
    Mon: AM run (2 miles)
    Tues: no run
    Wed: AM or PM run (4-5 miles)
    Thurs: no run
    Fri: AM run (2 miles)

    I forgot... I also have Jungle Warfare, Restore, and BAM ready to roll out when I come off.

    Thanks Bioman! It's good to be back in the game. Getting positive feed back from board members is always a plus when running a log.

    I think I'm going to jump right to Monday's regimen, today. I will adjust the other workout days accordingly. Tomorrow will strictly be cardio.

    Chest/Tris:

    Flat bench
    DB bench
    Plyo push-ups
    Skull crushers
    French press
    Straight bar pull down
    dips (weighted)

    I've done several runs with Clen before, but clen/keto is making me wacked out. The antihistamine component is somewhat affecting me... I guess we will just wait and see where this goes!

    Day 1:

    Great workout with DCP!!! I had a lot more energy than usual. I've been trying to drink my bulk BCAAs twice a day, but yuck... this is gross! I know I should pick up a flavor system from NP. That, or pick up a tub of Purple Wraath (one of my all time favorites). The only issue is the price. I guess we'll see. Nonetheless, fantastic workout, tonight!

    Day 2

    Cardio:
    I flew through my run, but only did 1.5 miles. It's really muggy out and I have difficult time when the weather gets like this. But hey, mission accomplished.

    Sides:
    - Stims make my muscles SPASM!
    - DCP has made a more than notable difference in my energy levels. Although it was difficult to breath, I was passing almost everybody on the board walk
    - The keto is making me zoned-out a bit, but no biggie. After my morning coffee, I'm jacked up!

    Thoughts:
    I believe I should purchase some Reset-AD for future adrenal fatigue. Not to mention, I need to get a flavor system going for my BCAAs... yuck! That, or purple wraath. Mmmmm... wraath.

    What a night... this still applies to Day 2 (6-25-07), but I am just frustrated. After my run tonight, I still felt energized enough to hit the gym. So, I got my gym gear going and headed over at 9:15 PM. EVERY F*CKING BENCH WAS TAKEN!!! I did some dips and waited for 15 minutes. Same dudes were camped out on the stations with their workout buddies. I just left... angry.

    I may need to change my work out time.

    Anyway, I'm running hard tomorrow morning. Keep ya posted.

    Bad news, everybody. My apartment got broken into yesterday while I was at work and somebody stole my laptop. Updates will be coming slowly due to this unfortunate turn of events. Needless to say, I missed yesterday's workout. I just wasn't in the mood after making my police report.

    EDIT: Just wanted to remind everybody this could be a lot worse. I'm moving out on the 29th (two days), but I had most of my stuff out already. Good thing I took those precationary steps.

    Thanks, Wil. The good news is, I wanted a new laptop anyway and since I'm starting gradschool/working full time, I'm going to need one.     I've made the decision to not post my log. This inconsistant documentation due to not having my computer is killing me. I will run everything I have posted above and then upload before-and-after pictures in a few weeks. Hopefully by then, I have a new computer.
