    First of all thanks to MST: Millennium 1, spaceclown, and ncangey0153.

    I will be testing and logging the effects of Blue Raz Stim Free Ragnarok.

    I finally got it today when i came home from work. i ripped it open but a scoop in a shaker bottle and went right to the gym. i have to say that i was surprised by the taste, the blue rasberry taste real good like cotton candy.

    Today was chest/tri's

    BB bench:

    135x10
    225x10
    275x10
    315x8 (this was a PR)

    Incline DB Bench:

    Then i just did some cable flyes and my chest was about done.

    Dips: bodyweight for 4 sets of 12

    EFFECTS

    The mental focus is crazy for not having any stims in it. The pumps were real good too. i had a protein shake about 4 and drank this about 5:30 and i felt it by about 5:45. i will keep everyone updated on how this turns out. Good first day.

    I forgot i should put a little info about myself! DUH!

    Been workin out seriously for the last 3 years before that off and on for about 4 years. When i first touched a weight i was about 6' 140lbs. NOT COOL!!!!!!!!!

    LEG DAY!!!!!

    Let me start off by saying that I HATE LEGS!!!!

    This is the first time i've done them in about a month and it sucked but i'm back into it now...ok enough b!tchin!

    Squats

    135x10
    225x10

    365x5 used to get 6

    they were sore right after this.

    Leg ext.

    150x10

    just went light after the squats.

    Ham curls

    100x10 for 3 sets and said fcuk it.

    then did a ton of abs which i also hate.

    Effects:

    Mental focus was great again, i was pretty well dialed in even though i hate legs. I also should mention i love the fact that when you mix it there is no clumps or powder ballin up, it mixes great. I got a killer NO pump when i did leg ext thats when i really noticed it. I also was flushed after about 10 min. The niacin flush i'm guessing, either way i like it.

    I haven't done legs in a month, either. I lost my balance and bent forward a little bit while doing squats and hurt my groin. I'm scared to try squatting again.

    yesterday was a rest day. I took it at the same time i would if i had worked out. Today should be sick...shoulder's, traps and some upper chest.

    Shoulder flyes (i keep these light cause i found they work better for me than heavy weight, and i do them with my workout partner and its back and forth so about 45 sec rests)

    Bent over shoulder flyes (*same idea as the other ones)

    Just did an a$$load of shrugs. about 8 sets and up to 455x6

    Effects

    The focus was there again very nice. i really felt the NO pumps on my rear delts cause thats usually a hard part to get a pump on for me. today i really felt it.

    Had to do a quick one cause i'm leaving til sunday but i will update as soon as i get back sunday night and plan on lifting saturday.

    Lat pulldowns

    120x12 warmup

    Hammer strength back machine

    2 45lb plates on each side for about 6 sets of 10 and last one was 8.

    That was it i barely have enough time to update this now.

    Effects:

    Pumps were crazy today. by the end of the lat pulldowns i was pumped and lookin full. i found myself staring at a screw or a hole in the ceiling during each set.

    I HATE WHEN I'M RUSHED!!!!!

    Pretty nice shoulder workout. Got in all the basics. Me like. Strong ass bb presses again, man. I presume you don't go to failure on all sets, correct? Just aiming for a certain number?

    I like to keep my rep ranges between 8 and 12. When i show up to the gym thats when i decide what body part i'm gonna work. i like to change up every workout. there really is no method to how i workout, sometimes i do go to failure on all my sets and sometimes i just like to keep the reps to about 10 and get a nice pump goin. it basically comes down to how i feel when i get to the gym.

    Didn't get to workout yesterday cause i had to go to the chiropractor and get my neck adjusted and i'm not supposed to workout on the day i get adjusted.

    I took all supps. I never forget those.

    ok i rested 1 more day just cause my neck felt iffy when i woke up this morning, better safe than sorry otherwise i get migraines and i'm down for days.

    I did like 6 sets of abs cause i can't not do anything. took the ragnarok today about the same time i always do.

    Tomorrow i am goin to kill it!!!!!!

    i feel the lats already! i had the wrong name, someone called it that in the gym but obviously have no idea what there talkin about. its called a lying T bar row i guess. heres a pic of it.

    If you get the right machine, T Bar rows are pretty sweet. The machine at my gym is terrible. Hits the rear delts 1,000 x more than the back.

    Today i changed it up a little. i did chest/shoulders. I like to change up alot no program just go in and decide to do something way different. so here's how it went.

    BB flat bench

    135x12 warmup
    225x12 warmup
    275x12
    315x8 wanted 9 or 10 but not today.
    225x20 rep out
    225x18 rep out

    Decline BB bench

    135x12 warmup
    225x12
    225x12
    275x10
    275x10

    Then i did cable flyes for 4 sets.

    Shoulders

    did shoulder flyes and bent over shoulder flyes

    did about 6 sets of shrugs to end it.

    Effects

    The pumps were great today, my whole upper chest shoulder area was real tight. mental focus great.

    i thought my shoulders would be alot weaker too but i just kept trying more and it was sweet.

    just did ham curls and calf raises after that.

    Effects

    really noticed that it took longer for the "burn" (lactic acid) to buildup. focus was still great and my legs were so tight it was hard to walk.

    I ran the dumbell rack after that from 25 down to 5.

    did some abs too.

    My arms and back were so pumped it almost hurt, and i loved every second of it. i'm still pumped! the lactic acid buildup isn't bad at all which is nice helps get a few extra reps.
