First of all thanks to MST: Millennium 1, spaceclown, and ncangey0153.:thumbsup:

I will be testing and logging the effects of Blue Raz Stim Free Ragnarok.

I finally got it today when i came home from work. i ripped it open but a scoop in a shaker bottle and went right to the gym. i have to say that i was surprised by the taste, the blue rasberry taste real good like cotton candy.

Today was chest/tri's

Then i just did some cable flyes and my chest was about done.

EFFECTS

The mental focus is crazy for not having any stims in it. The pumps were real good too. i had a protein shake about 4 and drank this about 5:30 and i felt it by about 5:45. i will keep everyone updated on how this turns out. Good first day.

I forgot i should put a little info about myself! DUH!

Been workin out seriously for the last 3 years before that off and on for about 4 years. When i first touched a weight i was about 6' 140lbs. NOT COOL!!!!!!!!! :aargh:

Let me start off by saying that I HATE LEGS!!!!

This is the first time i've done them in about a month and it sucked but i'm back into it now...ok enough b!tchin!

then did a ton of abs which i also hate. :lol:

Effects:

Mental focus was great again, i was pretty well dialed in even though i hate legs. I also should mention i love the fact that when you mix it there is no clumps or powder ballin up, it mixes great. I got a killer NO pump when i did leg ext thats when i really noticed it. I also was flushed after about 10 min. The niacin flush i'm guessing, either way i like it.

I haven't done legs in a month, either. I lost my balance and bent forward a little bit while doing squats and hurt my groin. I'm scared to try squatting again. :(

yesterday was a rest day. I took it at the same time i would if i had worked out. Today should be sick...shoulder's, traps and some upper chest.

Effects

The focus was there again very nice. i really felt the NO pumps on my rear delts cause thats usually a hard part to get a pump on for me. today i really felt it.

2 45lb plates on each side for about 6 sets of 10 and last one was 8.

That was it i barely have enough time to update this now.

Effects:

Pumps were crazy today. by the end of the lat pulldowns i was pumped and lookin full. i found myself staring at a screw or a hole in the ceiling during each set.

I HATE WHEN I'M RUSHED!!!!! :rant:

Good workouts. Despite my current program, bodybuilding style training still feels very fulfilling, especially when someone can get as strong as you doing it!

Very interested to see your progress my friend!

Pretty nice shoulder workout. Got in all the basics. Me like. Strong ass bb presses again, man. I presume you don't go to failure on all sets, correct? Just aiming for a certain number?

I like to keep my rep ranges between 8 and 12. When i show up to the gym thats when i decide what body part i'm gonna work. i like to change up every workout. there really is no method to how i workout, sometimes i do go to failure on all my sets and sometimes i just like to keep the reps to about 10 and get a nice pump goin. it basically comes down to how i feel when i get to the gym.

Didn't get to workout yesterday cause i had to go to the chiropractor and get my neck adjusted and i'm not supposed to workout on the day i get adjusted.

I took all supps. I never forget those. :thumbsup:

ok i rested 1 more day just cause my neck felt iffy when i woke up this morning, better safe than sorry otherwise i get migraines and i'm down for days.

I did like 6 sets of abs cause i can't not do anything. took the ragnarok today about the same time i always do.

Tomorrow i am goin to kill it!!!!!! :aargh:

Focuse was great. Pumps were real good today, my back was tight and full, pumps on bi's were rediculous like it was gonna tear my skin. LOVED IT!!!!!!

i feel the lats already! :D i had the wrong name, someone called it that in the gym but obviously have no idea what there talkin about. its called a lying T bar row i guess. heres a pic of it.

If you get the right machine, T Bar rows are pretty sweet. The machine at my gym is terrible. Hits the rear delts 1,000 x more than the back.

ya i always hated goin to a machine and it ends up workin a secondary muscle more than the primary! :aargh:

Today i changed it up a little. i did chest/shoulders. I like to change up alot no program just go in and decide to do something way different. so here's how it went.

BB flat bench

315x8 wanted 9 or 10 but not today. :sad:

The pumps were great today, my whole upper chest shoulder area was real tight. mental focus great.

Effects

really noticed that it took longer for the "burn" (lactic acid) to buildup. focus was still great and my legs were so tight it was hard to walk.

My arms and back were so pumped it almost hurt, and i loved every second of it. :D i'm still pumped! the lactic acid buildup isn't bad at all which is nice helps get a few extra reps.

I LOVE running the rack. Makes me feel like a badass. :smite: Doing intervals of 10, from the 10's up to the 60's and back down to the 10's on db shoulder press. Mmmm, might do it in two days! :smite: :head:

i like runnin the rack too but its funny when u get down to the 5's and can only get like 4 and look like a B!tch! :rofl:

LOL. I hate when someone just walks in the gym when you're doing the 5's or 10's. Haha, it's pretty funny, though.
