    Hay vs hows the recovery after that epic work out and do you train by yourself or do you have a training partner or maybe someone who is ALLWAYS there to spot you or maybe give you encourgement or is the man that is vs just a lone ranger who is not scared of failure.

    mate im completely shattered after that epic workout and now tae kwon do tonight. and yes i do have a training partner and other friends in the gym that help me out

    today at work i was shattered, things have caught up with me a bit. i will have an early night tonight. tonights workout went well but proberly not as epic as some of my workouts lately, still set a few new personal bests so im not complaining
    tonights lifts

    seated shoulder press= 209lbs x10(new personal best)
    = 220lbs x 6
    = 242lbs x 2 then striped to 198lbs x 2
    (new personal best)

    close grip bench press=220lbs x8(new personal best)
    =231lbs x5
    =242lbs x4

    preacher curls =132lbs x 10(new presonal best)
    =144lbs x 3(narrowly missed 4th rep)
    =132lbs x 6

    tricep pushdowns =165lbs x 4
    =150lbs x 6

    cable curls =105lbs x 9
    =105lbs x 7

    didnt do any cardio tonight as it was a hard session at tae kwon do last night and im feeling it a bit today. despite my soreness and tiredness my stenghth still was up on the previous week in everything but tricep pushdowns. this was properly due to the fact that i pulled something slighty in my left arm on monday nothing serious, just a little niggle but i did feel it a bit during pushdowns. i dont have to train upper body now till monday so it should be right by then. im glad i got some bulk super cissus in my order at nutraplanet coming im into my 4th week on the blue up and so far blue up is proving to be in my veiw one of the best natural test boosters on the market(possibly the best money for value) but im yet to try axis labs hypertest which is also in my lastest order

    steroids and ph's dont interest me as i dont desire to get huge. i just really injoy lifting as bigger weight as i can and pushing myself. also i dont like the idear of taking something thats going to harm over all heath, but thats just my veiw and to each their own

    Seems like all is good with the Blue Up and its effects, all on track.

    yeah, it's impressive alright, V.S is the main man when it comes to the natural test boosters, i can't wait to see the final pics there V.S!

    blue up is looking like the real deal in the test booster range especially with it being such a great price compared with others in this category like chuck desiel's new booster which is way too pricey IMHO

    having a much needed rest day, thanx for the support guys
    and awesome knowledge from the sinner
    on a side note when i was driving home from work tonight , i was waiting to turn round a corner then some young punks came up behind me tooting at me. i really felt the blue up kick in as i tooted back gave them then pulled over. i was ready to dish out a can of whoop ass:bruce1:

    had rest day yesterday
    did about 45mins of tae kwon do patterns this morning followed by a 1 hour surf
    going to rest the rest of the day so i will be ready for a big workout tomorow night:dl:

    stength continues to be on the rise, didnt do any cardio as i felt like i'd been through a war after finishing my weights. my left arm continues to have a little niggle in it, as i really felt it in my chin ups. all my increases in stength lately=my bodys starting to feel it a little bit. this is week 5 of this bue up log so i will continue to push it to the completion of week 6(end of log). also i have noticed feeling more agressive and more confident as my time on blue up continues. :clean:

    didnt go to tae kwon do last night as i was to tired and sore from mondays workout. did some stretching and had an early night. had a really good nights sleep and it made all the difference for tonights workout. stenghth still on the rise!!!!

    my bodyweight remains the same(around 217lbs). once thing i have noticed lately is a bit of acne on my back
    everything continues to go well, i still felt my arm a bit on the chins but not to bad. still awaiting my nutra order which contains cissus. 1 other thing when i do my crunches i cant really push it as my abs lock up and cramp reel bad. if any one has any suggestions how to avoid the ab cramps i keen to hear

    had a hard day at work and was feeling a bit flat. went in the gym tonight not really feeling it. despite feeling average tonight my strength continues to improve with more new personal bests( new p bs)

    on a side note my confidence is really up at the moment. blue up one thing i have noticed over the last 6 weeks is the affects of taking blue up just keep increasing each week

    last workout on my log!!!!!
    i am feeling burnt out both physically and mentaly from going all out in the last 6 weeks in my blue up log. the style of training i hve been doing has been all out every set trying to beat the week befores rep numbers and weights used
    tonight i wasnt feeling it so i didnt do squats and i dropped my weight down on my leg extensios and curls but i slowed the movement down and paused for a half second at the top.
    improving time under tension. man i got a way better pump and burn doing it this way:bb3:
    tonights lifts
    standing calf raise = stack(300lbs) +154lbs x 10
    +165lbs x 9(new p b)
    +165lbs x 8

    seated calf raise = 154lbs x 10
    = 165lbs x 6
    = 154lbs x 6

    hack squats(machine) = 484lbs x 8
    x 7
    x 6
    (i went down nice and slowly and really controlled the movement, time under tension)

    leg extension = stack(200lbs) x 12
    x 12
    x 12

    leg curls = stack(125lbs) x 10

    1 set of crunches x 40

    i have had awesome stength and lean muscle gains in the last 6 weeks while taking 4 pills of blue up a day. i will post a final conclusion to this log in the next couple of days with pics and comparisons of some of the weights i used in week 1 compared to week 6. stay tuned

    well for my final reveiw i've pretty much said everything along the way of this 6 week blue up stim free log. i was taking 4 caps a day 6 days on one day off and the affects i noticed
    increased libido, increased controlled agression in the gym, increased confidence and better indurance in the gym.
    in the last 6 weeks i have had major increases in both strength and lean muscle mass.
    heres a comparison between some of my lifts
    week 1
    incline bencch press 231lbs x 8
    week 6
    incline """""""""""""""""" 242lbs x 7

    bent over rows
    week 1 = 264lbs x 8
    week 6 = 288lbs x 9

    seated cable rows
    week 1 =300lbs x12
    week 6 =344lbs x 8

    seated front barbell press
    week 1 = 198lbs x 10
    week 6 = 220lbs x 7

    close grip bench press
    week 1 = 220lbs x 5
    week 6 = 242lbs x 5

    squats
    week 1 = 319lbs x 6
    week 5(last week doing squats)= 352lbs x 8

    standing calf raise
    week 1 = 410lbs x 12
    week 6 = 454lbs x 10

    these are are just an example of some my lifts
    every lift increased:clean:

    while i cant attribute all my gains on blue up(this was my first log and i went all out) blue up was a major factor
    everytime i hit the gym i was amped,felt stronger and just wanted to smash the weights
    my final conclusion is blue up is a top quality product at a very good price that done the business for me

    great log dude, i followed it from start to finish and i must say that you delivered from start to finish (unlike dr liftalot)

    great end pics as well, u r the real deal and the main man all rolled into one, all the way big dude

    the end of this log reminds me of the end of one of my all time fav movies, time to spark up the reefers dude and take a break!!! spagetti, meatballs, cheesecake, apple struddle - the whole business!!
