  12. had a strong workout tonight!!!!

    standing calf raise=stack(300lbs)+132 x9(new personal best)

    seated calf raise =154lbs x8

    143lbs x8

    squats =319lbs x7
    =330lbs x6
    =341lbs x4

    leg extension=(stack 200lbs)+110lbs x8(new presonal best)
    x8
    x8

    leg curl=(stack 125lbs)+11lbs x12
    +22lbs x7
    +22lbs x6
    crunches = 1 set of 40

    ran on the treadmill at descent speed for 12minutes

    tonight workout was a big improvement on last week. stenghth and indurance are still on the rise. after i finished my weights still felt good and had more in the tank. hit the treadmill but not pushing it hard as i dont want to over do it. even now feel good and not that tired.blue up
    have a good weekend everyone i plan on resting tomorrow and maybe do a light tae kwon do workout on sunday and some treadmill maybe. doing this log is giving me motivation to get into my best shape ever as i will be posting pics at the end

  13. had a rest yesterday, didnt do anything
    today did 40 mins light taekwon do(patterns/katas) and 15minutes running on the treadmill
    i will take it easy and rest up for tomorows workout:squat:

  14. today was the start of week 3 on blue up and things are starting to kick in nicely. had a awesome workout
    todays lifts
    incline bench press= 231lbs x 9(1 more rep than last week)
    242lbs x 4
    226lbs x 6

    bent over rows = 264lbs x 12(all these 3 lifts personal bests)
    = 275lbs x 7
    =275lbs x 8

    machine bench press =stack(225lbs) x 7(personal bests)
    x6
    x5

    chin ups =(bodyweight)+33lbs x 9(personal best)
    +44lbs x5
    +33lbs x 7
    flys =79lbs x 12(all these lifts up from last week)
    x 9
    x 8
    seated cable rows =stack(300lbs)+11lbs x 12(all 3 lifts pb)
    +22lbs x9
    +33lbs x 6
    (pb = pesonal bests)
    medicine ball set ups 1 set of 40
    stationer bike =5mins and running treadmill=10mins

    i felt a bit short tempered today at work but really focassed and just mowed through my work. tonight at the gym was possibly one of my best workouts ever ,strength ,endurance still on the rise:squat:

  15. holy crap personal bests flying all over the place is it the best shape you have ever been in or is there more to come or maybe both . Whats going though your mind at this point in time of this blue up log do you keep going full speed ahead or hold back a bit to consolidate your gains?

    i plan om going full speed ahead and hopefully the gains keep coming, at the moment im in the best shape i have ever been in and hopefully will continue to improve. i aso plan on running this log for six weeks instead of 5 like originally planned.while the blue up is a factor in my gains , the fact that im doing a log has made me alot more focassed and im doing all the little things better like eating the right type of food and trying to get as much rest as possible

  20. had tae kwon do tonight. all good but i was a bit sore in my upperbody from last night but still had a good session:bruce1:

  21. tonights workout was off the charts. the blue ups really kicking in as my agression levels in the gym are way up.
    other things ive noticed is that im having trouble getting to sleep at night (trouple winding down) and sex drive has been stronger this week

    close grip bench press= 220lbs x7

    preacher curl =132 lbs x 8
    =132lbs x 7

    cable pushdown=150lbs x 14(new personal best)
    =165lbs x 6

    cable curls = 105lbs x 8
    x6(then stiped down to 60lbs for another 6)

    cable rear delt cross overs =70lbs x 8(new personal best)
    x 6
    60lbs x 10
    tonights workout totally awesome,stenghth and endurance still on the rise. also feeling more confident , and have an increase in controlled agression

  24. tonight i changed my program around. thursdays will now be leg night in the gym, friday rest then on saturday if im not surfing i will go to tae kwon do training:bruce3:

    tonights workout went well with new personal bests in everything but squats. with my squats its hard to judge personal bests as i have squated more in the past but my form was a bit off. now i squating better and getting lower than before. the squats are getting better every week but are not progressing as much as everything else. one reason for this tonight maybe because my upper body feels completely shattered today. during my squats i was running out of breath before my thighs were giving out
    all and all another solid day on blue up
