as i have just started blue up stim free today i have decided to run my first log on am, i have also just finished loading on creatine monohydrate and am taking muira puama ,(spirilina, vitamin c,fish oil(my staple year round supps). i am dosing 3 caps of blue up 30 mins berfore my workouts and cycling blue up 5 days on, 2days off.

weekend = off(normally go surfing depending on the conditions)
i will be running with blue up for the next 5 weeks and my goals are for strength gain and lean muscle gain, i also want to see my abs more defined
