    I had a one night stand with her ...


    So it was yesterday June 17th 2007 (GMT + 8hrs), "she" called my home and asked,"hey there sexy, do you want to get it on?!?".

    I have heard good things about her and her sexiness. I'm VERY lucky that she selected me to do this one night stand. I felt so touched by her gesture and naturally, I agreed without hesitation.

    One thing for sure, thank god I was the one who picked up the phone. Otherwise it will be 2 weeks on the couch!

    I took 5 tabs approximately 1 hour preWO.

    Didn't feel anything unusual about it.

    Let's examine what "she" has done for me during our one night stand.

    Attributes ( i ) Muscle Pumps

    Rating : 9 out of 10


    "She" had me going really well in this attributes. This "baby" can pump really good. Within 2 sets of warm up, I notice the veins popped out visually clear. A stranger was shocked to see the bulging veins. I was happy undoubtedly.

    Attributes ( ii ) Muscle hardness

    Rating : 10 out of 10


    "She" gave me muscle hardness. With the giant sets going, it really fatigues the muscle fast. I notice the hardness felt on my chests. After the 3rd giant sets, my pecs felt so hard. It was a little unbearable. I told my wife (who happened to check out my training) to saw my chests off and cook them as chicken breast she wants!

    Attributes ( iii ) Mental Focus.

    Rating : 10 out of 10


    Mental focus is a strong aspects. I gave her a 10 rating. Normally, during my shock routines, I do have a little "give up" devil feeling because of the toughness required.

    Throughout my last workout with "her", my mental focus was straight on the dot. No such "give up devil" didn't show up. "She" reminds me to time myself right on the dot. Never loose sights of the next giant set.

    Attributes ( iv ) Strength Increase

    Rating : 8 out of 10


    As this is a shock routine, it is hard to say I have a strength increase at all. But judging from my last shock routine on chest, I was able to cranks more reps. Most notably I was able to crank 20s on 135lbs bench press. +4 ~ 6reps average on other exercises.

    Attributes ( v ) Muscle bulging pumps

    Rating : 8.75 out of 10


    I was performing my triceps. 2 trainers walked past me. They brushed my arms and complimented me on my buldging muscles. I didn't feel my triceps were a little full & pumped.

    So who is she, you say?!?

    Her name is Radical Performance Maximus (pardon me for my overdose of transformers movie previews).

    Conclusion
    I am giving RPM an 8 overall rating since this is the first time I consumed it. Can't make a comparison yet.
