  1. Week3: definitely feel it today. lots of aggression, focus, etc.

    switched around my workouts b/c I have an exam, so I did chest on monday....

    Monday: Chest
    3 sets flat db 8-12 85x8 85x8 85x8
    4 sets incline db 8-12 70x8 70x9 70x10 70x10
    3 sets db fly 12 reps 40x12 40x12 40x12 easy
    Pullover machine medium wt. x 20 medium wt. x 16
    2 Sets BodyWeight Dips BWx8 BWx8
    Cable Bar Curl 90x12 100x15 easy, nice pump, fast

    Insane pump in my bi's, chest, tri's, delts. Amazing. Weight is about 183. Whatever gut I had is gone.

    Guys, whats up with the lack of weight gain on this stuff?
    Im eating the same I did on superdrol, and I gained about 17 lbs while on cycle with superdrol.


    Should I throw in 20mg superdrol for the remaining 2 weeks? Serious question.

    Is my pheravol defective/junk?

  3. up to 45 mgs a day...i am on 45mgs a day..phera plex and phera vol arent the same compound exactly it has 2 less ion's or something like that so i read you would need more to equal phera vol...just my 02. cents

  4. Is that safe for my weight? No sides that Ive noted so far. Blood pressure and heart rate are fine.

    I appreciate the help. Would like some additional opinions. I got about 30 caps of superdrol sitting in my desk that I can always throw in. I was gonna run 4.5 weeks (the whole bottle) of the pvol.

    I only weigh in the 180's so Im not a huge dude.

  7. day 18: took 3 pheras.

    one in the morning, one before swimming, one after. (swam around 5pm). About 45 mg.

    Swam 1/2 mile, about 35 minutes. Left rotator cuff gave me a bit of trouble but it kinda also helped it a little. Probably from doing a few pushpresses yesterday.

    nice pump from swimming. Weight still the same, visibly leaner but I want the size, not the cuts.

    bro...take them @ 6 hrs inbetween at least a 8am, 1pm, 7pm would work but do 45,30,45,30....

  10. Hey, just ride the cycle out. IMO, the swimming is probably causing you to burn most of the calories that you're taking in. IMO, its not the best thing to be doing when your your main intent is bulking. Did you do this while taking SD? I was just wondering, b/c I usually got cramps while taking SD and trying to run. I just figured it would have the same effect if a user would be using it while swimming. BTW, feel free to PM with any questions in the next ten days.

  11. yeah man. the strength gains are great. im starting to figure the stuff out and it definitely makes me feel good compared to superdrol.

    Didnt do much cardio during superdrol. Actually trying to fix some high blood pressure and resting heart rate that came from not doing cardio all winter and doing superdrol in the early spring.
    Cardio is really improving a lot.

    Seems like Im mostly recomping. had me worried when I wasnt gaining mass but ive noticed increase in arm and chest size and definitely getting 10 lbs on most lifts each week.

    From what I have always heard the Superdrol compound does put on a lot of water and Pheravol gave dry lean muscle gains, contact myself or Solomon for your next cycle and we'll get you a nice stack of our products. Keep up the hard work though, strength gains are looking good!

    enjoyed this workout a lot. strength gains for me kicked in around day 20 i think. close grip bench is finally getting back to where it used to be. Doing them with palms about 10" apart.

    did some gpp stuff with a 100 lb sandbag I rigged up. Goddamn this thing was heavy. Did some cleans, squats, stair climbing, presses.

  16. It sounds like your gaining fine. I wouldn't expect superdrol like gains from a phera product. I personallly never got superdrol or m1t gains off of phera or ergo. I hear est is a very reputable company and I'm actually about to start methyl xt. Most that have tried feel it is as good if not better than superdrol. For some reason though its not very popular.

    Just curious why you keep reps so high on a bulk? IMO, if you really want to pack on mass id go with a 12, 8, 6, 4 or 10, 8, 6, 4 rep schema. It lets you push more weight and grow bigger.

    When I first changed to this routine people accused me of using roids...AND I WASN'T ON ANYTHING. I was probably just seeing results b/c I was changing things up from a stale routine.

    Anyway, in reference to your weight--->It's not changing, but how do you look in the mirror in comparison to when you started?

    Swam a little less than a half mile today, about 25 mins solid swimming. Shoulder and lats felt a little sore from yesterday and I want to have some left in the tank for the rest of the week.
    Ate a massive 12" sub and some junk from subway as my post workout meal.

    I havent done high volume in a long time, so this is a welcome change. I was doing 3 sets of 5 reps with heavy ass weights on most exercises before, which gave me a really nice 1rm but not much aesthetic-wise.

    Wow. What a workout. Felt like I was on cheque drops or something I was so aggressive in there. Almost zero rest times, just moved with focus from exercise to exercise. Just got so pissed and crazy. Expected myself to start frothing from the mouth or something.
    Took the pill an hour before workout today, considerng taking another bringing it to 45 mgs.


    Should I go a 5th week? I have enough left. Just don't want to have any shutdown issues. I have nolva and Im waiting on an order of clomid. Its getting the to the point where I need to start deciding when to end and what protocal to use coming off.

    I have enough nolva to do 30/20/20, and I should have some clomid soon.

    Any thoughts? Suggestions? I think today was the first day I truly felt the power of this stuff and Im coming up on the end of week 4.

    I've been thinking about it and Ill just run it through tuesday and then go into post cycle therapy, so it will be 4 weeks +2 days. That way Ill get my chest workout done.

    For post cycle therapy, Ill do nolva, probably do 40 mg the first day and 30 the remaining week. 20 mg the second and third and 10mg the fourth.

  27. Well Im doing till the end of week 5 (stopping tomorrow) and then doing nolva.

    I missed my leg workout because I was travelling and I am home from college, so I am at a ymca. Some of the equipment is a bit different so the weights are gonna be different from before, but Im trying to keep it as similar as possible.

  29. So I finished taking it on friday, and I just started nolva. 30 mgs for the next 2-3 weeks and then taper it down to 20-10, depending on how much is left in the bottle.

    Heres my review, 1 being lowest, 10 being highest

    Side Effects:

    Water Retention:
    2/10 (very dry)

    Main side I started to notice around week 4 through the end of week 5 was chest hair and facial hair started coming in. I already could grow a beard, but now it comes much quicker and fuller, so I gotta shave more often I guess. Also I didnt have much chest hair before but now I have more between my pecs and on my belly, its not too bad.

    Hopefully some of the hair will go away as post cycle therapy goes through I guess, not to worried about it as long as it doesnt get on my back or disapear from my head.

    Didnt gain much size or weight but definitely gained on my lifts.
    Id recommend this supp for anyone who wants to preserve muscle on a cut, as it doesnt seem to retain water and the gains it gives seem very quality and lean.

    This will probably be my last ph run for the next year or two.

    edit: oh yeah, I got some chicks number by flexin at her at the lake lol.
