I guess androstenol is naturally occuring as a pheramone and a very androgenic/anabolic chemical in urine and sweat.
Anyway, it has less 2ene isomers then pheraplex, mg for mg, but more 3 ene, which means it has possibly less sides, which is kind of irrelevant since Im taking 30 mg a day.

pretty nice pump. weight keeps going up and down, but im leaning out. Tricep and bicep felt like one big blob of muscle, pretty cool Started running out of time as the gym was closing, so I had really short rest periods from shoulders on.

Day 14, end of week 2. Halfway done cycle.
Average weight today is about 182. So only about 3 lbs net bodyweight gain, but Ive definitely dropped some bodyfat and I've gained about a 1/4" on my arms. Definitely not retaining any water on this cycle like I did with superdrol.
Im still eating a ton of calories, but I don't seem to be packing on the pounds. Thats fine by me, as long as I gain muscle size and poundage on my lifts, which has happened so far.
Sunday: Rode cycle ergo for 20 minutes on hill climb mode.
Maybe I'll throw in a few superdrols this week, but the sides on superdrol were pure awful for me when I did it a few months ago. I never went over 20mg on it, and I felt like walking death. Ideas?
edit: another thought: Ive been taking the first dose when i get up, between 10 and 11 am, and the second around dinner time, 7 pm. That okay?

Im eating the same I did on superdrol, and I gained about 17 lbs while on cycle with superdrol.
Should I throw in 20mg superdrol for the remaining 2 weeks? Serious question.
Is my pheravol defective/junk?
up to 45 mgs a day...i am on 45mgs a day..phera plex and phera vol arent the same compound exactly it has 2 less ion's or something like that so i read you would need more to equal phera vol...just my 02. cents

one in the morning, one before swimming, one after. (swam around 5pm). About 45 mg.
Swam 1/2 mile, about 35 minutes. Left rotator cuff gave me a bit of trouble but it kinda also helped it a little. Probably from doing a few pushpresses yesterday.

Hey, just ride the cycle out. IMO, the swimming is probably causing you to burn most of the calories that you're taking in. IMO, its not the best thing to be doing when your your main intent is bulking. Did you do this while taking SD? I was just wondering, b/c I usually got cramps while taking SD and trying to run. I just figured it would have the same effect if a user would be using it while swimming. BTW, feel free to PM with any questions in the next ten days.
