    SMASH mini LOG/REVIEW


    I got my tub yesterday, leg day. :squat:

    I took 2 days off, which I don't do too frequently, but I felt I needed it. Only problem was that on those days off, I didn't eat nearly as much carbs/protein/total calories as I usually do/should. So I was driving from school to meet my brother at his house, and leave to the gym from there. I didn't really feel all that great, and I already had made up my mind in my head that I would train legs, but not squat. Just because I didn't really feel like it.

    So I get to his house, and he tells me "Your stuff came." I turn around and see on the table the jug of SMASH! Just the sight of it brought back my motivation to squat.

    So I get to the gym about 30 minutes after drinking 1 serving. I finish my warmup and load the bar with 265, aiming for 12. I try to add 10lbs each week for 12 reps, it's been going pretty smooth, it took me 2 weeks for the jump from 245->255 though. So anyway...

    The SMASH! gives this awesome focus, or ZONED feeling for me during my sets. It's hard to explain, but each rep just feels awesome. The weight felt like a load of bricks, but I hit the set (265X12 up from 255X12 last week). I usually only do 1 set of squats, but I decided to kick my own ass a bit more, and did 2 more sets (225X10, 2 sets). Finished up with 1 set of leg extensions RACK X 9, and lying leg curls RACK X 12. I always train legs with low volume.

    Anyway that was my first workout on the SMASH! since the sample packet a few weeks ago. I'll be using it again tomorrow for back.

    Sick Nice sets man I will have to check into this product! I could have used that yesterday as I was doing squats also. I usally do 335 for 8-10reps, so throw on 5lbs to make it an even 340. What the hell happens I lift off back up to the chair drop down, back up for 4 reps looking good, on the 5th I felt the chair hit the back of my leg half way up, I was so drain of energy that I start leaning forward and have set it down. I was not happy but I needed some food anyways! Are you going to keep a full log on Smash or just what you have posted? I need to pick up a pre workout energy drink b/c the only thing I have been drinking is xtend.

    The first few workouts will be awesome, there's alot of psychological hype (atleast ofr me it was). Just knowing you're on this pre-WO supp with such an energizing name made me drive in a good week of training. Also you will probably find an endurance boost, an extra set of reps at the end which is great. I'll be curious how your results compare to mine. PS were you on creatine before/recently?

    Worked out earlier today than normal. Took my SMASH! about 45 minutes after waking on empty stomach. Drank 16oz. chocolate milk during my warmup to get some sugar/protein in me.

    185X13 easy. again, wrist was the limiting factor. Mind you I was at 185X5 when I started lifting again in January, and 185X11 3 weeks ago(last time I bb benched).
    Hit another set of flat bench 205X3 with not much rest after that.
    Incline bb 155X7.

    Kicked ass some more all over the gym with not much rest between sets... Hammer Strenght Incline and Decline, Flye machine, db flyes, incline db press, tricep pressdown, etc. Insane pump, much like A A S pump :bb2:.

    I pinned 200mcg of PEG bi-lat into my biceps after I got home (just now). I'm training back/bis tomorrow, so that'll satisfy the 24 hour pre part. IGF-1 for sure tomorrow, can't wait!!!
